Nesting Female Cardinal Early Morning Calls and Songs

Early in the morning, while the female Northern Cardinal sat on her nest, she called out for her male Cardinal. The female was chirping for a while on and off, probably wondering when her mate would return to the nest. The male Cardinal had heard the female's calls and was answering her back through a couple of different sounds and songs. Eventually, the female hopped off the nest to search for her husband.
