Dang I think im going to cancel the neo and just get this instead. I mainly want to use it for dynamic shots at my motorcycle/car meets and use it for unique social media clips for my moto channels. I think this is probably the best way to go.
When you say go here, is there anyway you might explain more where here is? Maybe highlight the buttons as you are talking about them? Otherwise, very appreciated! Ty

Hi Rob, regarding your helix shot with which you started. May I ask what were your settings there? Because in my experience it normally starts way more sideways. That's why I'm curious 😁 Many thanks in advance for your answer!
100m. The closer you have it the faster it starts to turn and i also placed it a good amount out off the cliff so it would pass the trees👍 i would suggest testing a few times first before you do the actual “travel record” 😊

@@RobHK Thanks, that explains it, and yes, even with the sensors on, we always have to check the flight path, to make sure we do not crash 😁
Hi Rob, I've been following you for several of years. It all has started with your LumaFusion content, which I really enjoyed following... But wouldn't it be time to broaden your horizons and do something creative again? I'm currently working with Photoshop on the iPad. I'm sure you have really good potential for this sort of Art. Best regards
does using quick shots use the 48 mp aperture during shooting or the 12 mp. I use my camera manually and the 48 mp app, shooting raw and photos come out pixelated???
Could you please explain how to draw boxes on subject on the RC2 remote? I have Googled it and searched on TH-cam and no one explains it. They just show the “green” box on subject and expect us to know…. I have the + symbols but put finger on them and tried to drag them on subject and nothing happens. Might be simple to most but I am not having any success… :(
OK..I have one basic question that I think is logical and not something you directly touched upon in this video on the quick shot feature. I have not done much with quick shots yet because of this one basic question. How does the DJI flight system handle obstacle avoidance while in the quick shot mode? You kind of side swiped the question when you mentioned the trees behind you in the helix demonstration. You momentarily directed the viewer attention to the range selection as you mentioned the trees. Then throughout the rest of the video you seemed to be selecting areas to demonstrate other quick shots (such as the circle) where there were absolutely no obstacles anywhere. So, how does the flight system handle obstacles while in quick shots?
Me...ha ha ..about to get the drone, but watch as many vids as I possibly can and it feels like I already own one 😅 I'll probably feel like a seasoned drone pilot by the time I get it .😅😅
I use helix all the time for some amazing landscape scenes
Thanks, man. Very useful info 👍🏼
The helix on the cliff was killer.
Ikr! 😎
nice LUTS... a color grading tutorial would be interesting :)
There´s a tutorial on my website 🤙
Thank you so much for this. We are doing a coastal tour around our island starting tomorrow and it will be great to try these shots.
🙌🙌

Hey Rob, do the Mini 3 cheat sheets work for the Mini 4 pro?
Please let us know when DJI implements custom quick shots. That would be a killer feature imo
That would be my nr.1 request!
Thank you
With the quick shots, does the safety features still work?
Yes

Is there an easy way to remove the shadow of the drone from the video?
Are the Optical avoidance source on in all of these modes?

Can you stop one midway? Say for example you suddenly notice an obstacle that the drone will hit, can you stop it mid flight?
Yes, press the joysticks at anytime to cancel the running quickshot mode
Its obstacle avoidance will pick up anything, just set it to STOP in the menus if that’s what you want it to do.

Is obstacle avoidance still active while doing quick shots ?
Yes

The same as in any other mode.
I like to do speed rampa with waypoints but when I fasten the footage it's looks like the turn is very sharp and not smooth. Any fix?
If you stabilize the footage after adding the speed ramp👌😎
Nice👍
Thanks mate 😎👍
Do the censors work on quick shots tho???
Yea
