This video will show you how to program used ABS Luckily I can do this procedure without using a J2534 pass-thru device or an expensive laptop. By using a relatively unknown function available in most professional level scan tools called PMI or Programmable Module Installation.

If i have ABS errors about 2 sensors and i find voltage at plug is 12v on the good ones, 9v on the bad ones, of this likely the ABS module itself. The wiring is good

I got a 2010 Ford Focus I have check engine light but no ABS light get a code b1342-20 ABS. Get it scan at a repair shop they say ABS module need to be replaced cost $1200 any other way around this because the car drives fine in my opinion?
How do you solved that problem..i replaced the abs of my focus..it shows that immobilizer malfunction service required.. abs ia realy connected to pats.
with your scanner just go to PMI ( Programmable module Installation ), The doner ABS Has a different VIN Number that's why the Pats system needs to see the same VIN for all module connected to the car, it should be straightforward, good luck
Ford kuga module replacement need to do the pats? Can use launch x431 v to do it?
This vehicle is using keyless
If you replacing ABS me need to do Pats, pat’s only if you replacing cluster or PCM
nice videos sir..sir im from indonesia if my old abs modul abs was not comunication with scanner and i have a used abs how to coding a vin number sir? i have a trouble code vin number not match.i use a launch scanner like you have sir.
Make sure the replacment used one the samepart number like the old one, if still no communication try disconnect the battery both terminal for 5 minutes then try again, make sure you have no other code axcept for vin mismatch, when you using launch go to FORD----- PMI (programble module installation)---- then select ABS, you should be ok

I have an extra spare one with free update till july 2022, after that update is optional and it cost 100 a year, all cars and all sysytems, it cost $700 without tablet, let me know if you need one, thanks

If the old module its not present does launch can do pmi ?
For the ABS Module, yes, you don't have to have the old module, just follow the process and make sure there's no ABS-related trouble codes like ( speed sensors......)
@@NASSTRACINC in programming menu i see 'programming parameters ' what does it mean? with that function what can i do in car ?
