  • Due to low quality materials the pin that had came with the thumb I got for the TB035 failed. Forcing me to cut the pin and bucket to remove it. In this vidja we machine the new pin, the next vidja will cover bucket repair and final installation. Thanks for watching!

    Jason, wear safety glasses when using lathe, mill and ESPECIALLLY when using compressed air. Chips can fly a long way very quickly, you only get one pair of good eyes. Better safe than sorry, you are the first person I have seen machining not wearing glasses.

      barry hansen no idea that’s freight territory. I work passenger rail. Our tolerances are worlds tighter than freights for track dimensions. One would think they’d all be the same because the trains weigh more on freight doesn’t really matter if they’re marching our speeds or not in my opinion.

    Hi Jason!!😀😀
    Nice job on the pin there buddy!! It should work good!!
    Have you considered putting a ratcheting coupler on the brush hog so when you cut the flow to it when you want to move it can slow down by itself?? That way it won't be so hard on the hydraulic system on the little Coochie.
    Take care and don't work too hard!!
    The big Coochie.

    • @JasonWorksAlot
      @JasonWorksAlot  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Al Dredske funny you should mention that Al. There’s a crossover valve mounted to it. With lines and all. Just haven’t gotten around to finishing the install. Local hydraulic shop didn’t have all the fittings on hand and my ADD prevented me from going back and getting them at a later date. At this point I think path or least resistance would be the little motor internally bypassing over the pump taking the shock. Could be wrong. Was defiantly wrong once before. 😊
