    I just bought a 2020 sy35u with low hours.. I ran it at the dealership, was impressed.. it just arrived there that morning and was a little beat up and dirty.. have not got to dig yet… it’s been 3 days of servicing, cleaning it and hammering out a big dent.. needs a few minor replacement parts.. door latch, lower door glass, side mirror.. nothing major!
    I’m used to a Kubota 040-4 with the 6 way blade.. I’m hoping that I can get used to this blade.. the dpf system on my kubota was trash.. unless you like limp mode.. I’ll let you know how I like the SANY in a few days.. got a new piece of land and a lot of digging planned!

    I would suggest getting yourself a fluxcore mig welder and welding some wear bars on all your buckets .Just a helpful tip

    Hey Shane, I just purchased a mongo tilt bucket. Can you tell me where did you purchase the flat face hydraulic coupler. Is it a 1/2 inch in size. coupler. And did you get a hydraulic adaptor to connect it all together. thanks

      I bought mine on Amazon. On my Sany I had them install a three way valve that has a port for a standard fitting with a 1/2" Female NPT Thread. Here is the link to the connector I used. They got the three way from hydraulic shop and I haven't been able to find it myself. Amazon link to the coupler is here: amzn.to/3KDbapA

      @@ShaneBurrell1 Thank you. Im gonna stop by a hydraulic shop tomorrow and and see if they have an adaptor that goes from the valve block to the flat face coupler.

    hello shane
    any advice on where to get a 18" bucket for a sany sy50u other than dealer?
    bought this machine but having issues getting attachments ,seems manufactures not making adapter plates to match up but i think the sany wave is coming to my area hopefully soon so i think they eventually will have things i can buy easier
    i wanted to get the construction attachments brush cutter manufactured in lenoir nc ,but they dont make to fit a sany and i live 5 minuites awat from the factory
    so just wondering if you know a sany friendly implement dealer?
    I'm a new subscriber so maybe you told and i didn't see
    thank you ,i appreciate it

      If you machine has the same Sany/Palidan Wain Roy style mine has you can get them almost anywhere. Mongo has the adapter plates for mounting speciality stuff. Paladin, USA attachments, woods and many others sell them.

    So you can not use the thumb and the tilt bucket at the same time? I just ordered one of these machines with a tilt bucket but no one mentioned that to me.

    • @ShaneBurrell1
      @ShaneBurrell1  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Depends. I only have one aux but some machines have two. A thumb doesn’t usually work well with a tilt bucket since it tilts and is usually longer than a normal bucket. I can turn my thumb on with the bucket locked straight.

    Looking at a tilt bucket from Mango a 50 inch.
    What info do you have on that splitter valve on your stick that you can switch hydraulic fluid from the thumb to the tilt bucket.
    The manufacture and part numbers.
    I have Kubota 12,000 pound machine.

    • @ShaneBurrell1
      @ShaneBurrell1  ปีที่แล้ว

      Your Kubota is a bit bigger than my machine but the valve is a Parker. For a Kubota I would consider the special Kubota valve. It's even more tight to the boom than what I did.

    Just put a deposit down on a SY35U...I'm 10th in line....2-3 weeks they say.....Will thing this run a mulcher head? Any advice on buckets? Looking for a 12" to dig out some stumps. Its coming with a 24"

    • @ShaneBurrell1
      @ShaneBurrell1  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      A common mulcher head might be a bit heavy for the SY35U but I'm sure someone sells a smaller unit designed for the 3.5 class. I have a 24" and 18". I would not recommend getting a 12" bucket. They don't release dirt well, too small for thumb match and you'll have very little clearance if doing a trench with a thumb. The 18" seems perfect even for stump removal. If you really need to stump a stump tooth is normally a better investment.

      @@ShaneBurrell1 Any advice for attachments? I just got SY35U and its has Kubota gear. Looking for a ripper. 24" bucket makes too much mess w the stumps

    • @ShaneBurrell1
      @ShaneBurrell1  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@machaf If you have Kubota QC that should be easy to get from any of the major manufactures. Rhinox makes one that should work well on the 35 that's is designed for the Kubota 041 class machine. AMI and USA Attachments also make a ripper in that size.

      @@ShaneBurrell1 Thanks...I'm struggling now...Its almost a Kubota quick attach...but the pin hole is different size...Having one hell of a time find the proper ears....Bought a 16" Kubota bucket and it doesn't fit. Ordered some ears and they dont fit...Becoming a royal pain. Dealer wants $500 for ears! ridiculous.

      Who made the coupler? Mine is a sany brand but made by paladin . if you can get ahold of the coupler manufacture they can likely help you. The current sany manual coupler is a wain roy style.
