材料:
450克红枣
250克核桃仁
70克枸杞
220克麦芽糖
65克无盐黄油
3克盐
This is a classic Chinese recipe, popular in winter time. This jujube (red date) and walnut cake is very easy to make. It's a delicious and nutritious homemade energy bar that is a great snack to take with you on the go. Enjoy!

You can use regular cooking oil, but the bars might come out a little soft while butter can be more hardened after chill in refrigerator

蜂蜜的黏度比麦芽糖差点,不过可以试试,可能做出来会比较软。
