Lithium Aluminium Hydride vs Sodium Borohydride | Reactivity difference | Reducing agents | LiAlH4

In this video the difference in reducing ability of lithium aluminium hydride and sodium borohydride is discussed. Main reasons are electronegativity difference between aluminium and boron, and energy mismatch during boron - hydrogen and aluminium - hydrogen bond formation.
