      Rice is not healthy at all, just makes you fat. Rice is only for people who work in factory or IP Man, cause the master burns it all off through kungfu. No, normal people whould eat what Arnold S eats, because big people eat big food. Small people eat small food. It's quite simple.

      Namaste. It's important to have a balanced diet to get a variety of nutrients. Pair your rice with pulses, legumes, and veggies. You can have 3 to 4 servings of rice that is 90-120 gms of rice per day.

    I need to gain weight. You say hite rice is not as good for you, you dont get mutch out of it. But the healthy ones fill a lot more. I have trouble that I feel full to fast. What is your advice on witch rice to eat?

      Don't eat rice. Just eat two whole chickens, burumundi, or patties. Or cook some egg like a man. Rice don't make you big, just more fat. Small people eat small food. Big people eat big food. And please don't be a vegan. Gawd.

    And don't fried your rice with OMEGA 6 OILS. in other words STOP eating those cheap fried rice in those restaurants that is fried with dirty omega 6 oils.
