    Tried many exercises recommended for my sprained ankle and doing them faithfully. It’s been several months and I still feel some pain with certain movements. Plus my ROM is not back to what it was. In my opinion, these are the most useful exercises for me. Thank you.

    Super useful, thanks! I sprained by ankle about 6 weeks ago and this video came at just the right time. Definitely keen to also do all the exercises on my other ankle too. Thanks
