    Oh no, I was always doing it with my feet and knees together! I was told this during pilates. I will fix it immediately. Thank you as always 🙏

      You're very welcome! It's not necessarily wrong to do it with the feet and knees together, but the point is we want to keep that distance equal so the knees aren't collapsing 😉 Great to have you with us and hope that helps!

    I knew that bridge wasn’t comfortable for me, but I couldn’t figure out exactly what I was doing wrong all of these years. This is VERY helpful!

    Great video Joelle. Do you have any recommendations for fixing "Tech Neck"? My posture is terrible and I find myself slouching forwards with my head down when working at home 😬🙄
