Hardest part about these questions is having the life experience… if you haven’t, it’s hard to just blag them and make something up on the spot

How was it ? I have to complete the online behavioural styles questionnaire. - what I’m concerned is the “day one and two assessments

could you please guide on Asylum decision making role online assessment centre because there is not much in the job description
Getting through the online assessments isn’t hard part at all. I’ve been preparing myself for like 2-3 weeks with English not being my first language. It’s all about CVF, common sense and some creativity.
Day2 is easy peasy for those with medium level of fitness.
Many people pass all assessments but fail the vetting part, so good luck there!
What would be the reason of people failling the vetting part?

How much is too much life experience. What should the balance be when answering questions ?
ive passed my national sift on the 8/02/2024 and ive been waiting for weeks to get any information on the online assessment centre. after you pass your sift, when do you start your online assessement
The force you applied for will contact you within a few weeks. If you don't hear from them I suggest write them a email for a update.

Hi, how do you know what competencies and values are gonna be asked?
Two big ones are Integrity and innovation
This is a silly way to guage suitability - I'd rather do the 2.5 day Army Officer Selection Board again which is relevant to the role.
