    Brendon the CVF links to the ‘code of ethics’ I’ve been told to concentrate on that instead, would you agree?

      I'd be familiar with the CoE and what it means, but to really succeed? Focus on practising the types of questions and assessments you will get. Structure, detail, authenticity and emotional connect - this is how to succeed! And of course, to join my webinars to do that practice!! Brendan

    You just said people who don’t have experiences like working with others or making a difficult decision aren’t ready to join the police, yet most of the police I’ve been seeing around my area look fresh out of University, these people haven’t had these experiences either yet they are officers, thoughts?
