SWEEEEET! I love the entrance, a sitting area, the dining table, into the living room, love that fireplace, two different designs of stones, a design stone above and block brick for fireplace, love the bathroom floor, love the kitchen, double oven, the laundry, room with the floor design, ♥️ going upstairs, love the bathroom with that partion wall, then the toilet, the master bedroom and the closet, the other bedroom, the headboard, just love it ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
A really great house! It is so beautiful and very practical for many people. (I would have the half bath opening off the laundry instead of opening off the dining area - or else switch the position of the half bath bath and the closet/pantry that is beside the back door.)
You design some beautiful houses. Thank you for sharing. I absolutely love the house. I also like how you have a proper entry way in this one. If it had one more bathroom and a bedroom it would be absolutely perfect, but it is beautiful just the same.
Lovely home..really, I absolutely love this one. Very well done! I really love the floors!! The only thing, and it's a small thing, I just wish you would show the insides of the bigger, more detailed closets in the bedrooms. I would like to see what the inside of them look like. Please do that more!! But this is a beautiful home!❤
Very nice! Wish a master was downstairs, then I’ld be buying the blueprints. Was the home office that little closet by the back door the office? I thought it was a coat closet but looks like a good storage area, which puts my desk where the piano is…no big. Still hoping to see a 3BR 2.5 bath with open floor plan and a fireplace in the LR. Master downstairs.
What a sweet and usable design! I did note the interesting floor covering with the wooden planks. And wow, you gave us a walk-in closet and a nice storage space in the upstairs bathroom for towels etc. Very nice!
Hi Mr Tran! Winter is almost here, I hope you have plenty tea and hot cocoa to keep you warm. Ok, are you ready for my opinion? Hope you are sitting down. Don’t like the “back” door coming directly into the living room, awkward, but I love the front entrance that doesn’t come into the living room. Bathroom is too close to kitchen and eating area, I shudder to think a stinky guest would ruin dinner. I’m not sure where to put it though perhaps where the pantry is? Then you can put the pantry where the laundry room is and the laundry room where the bathroom was. Maybe you could put the back door off the garage in the space under the stairs it could be like a mud room. I’m not sure how much space is there but I’m sure you could make it work. I’m horrified at myself to say this but the upstairs is a little lack luster, it’s just doesn’t have the same feel as your past designs. I apologize for being so blunt but I always figure if people ask for comments they are really asking for the truth. My son thinks I’m rude when I give him my honest opinion but that’s the way I’m built . So take it or leave it, there it is,❤️😉❤️
What is that area next to the piano, does that go down to a basement? I would also move that bathroom away from the dining room and put it where the pantry is. Who wants to be sitting together in the dining area and hear someone in the bathroom. Those stairs need railings for safety. I love the living room and the entranceway.
I would NEVER have a bathroom opening to the dining room. So much better to swap the half bath and the laundry locations. Opening the wall over the piano to the stairs and having a hand rail would work better.
That would require changing the design of the kitchen in its entirety because when a person walks out of the bathroom into the kitchen, they can run into an open stove door or open refrigerator door (if those appliances were switched). Even with a pocket door there would be safety issues.
I really like your plans. But, in the descriptions could you please include the total sq. livable footage. You always appear to omit that information. Thank you, and have a good and safe holiday season.
Right off the hop, two points. I love the entrance. It would be perfect if there was a glass door with sidelights filling the opening from entry to house. Also, put the same hard wearing flooring in both the bathroom and vestibule. As is, there are 3 different flooring materials seen from one vantage point In the kitchen, please, I beg of you, stop using wall ovens. They waste space. Use a slide in range in the island where the hob is. To balance the massing of the kitchen, put a pantry cupboard where the oven is now. Simple and cost effective, plus useful and practical. That leaves the closet beside the piano for brooms and vacuum cleaner. The staircase MUST have a handrail for safety. In many places you would not get a building permit without both handrail and sufficient width in the stairs. The upstairs is very nice indeed. Over all, an easy house to live in and to love.

Very nice, though I would switch the laundry area with pantry. Laundry goes well a mud room.
