I'm absolutely in love with this house! In my view the living, kitchen and dining have just the right balance of connection and separation. Same with the balance of connection and separation with bedrooms and bathrooms - sufficient privacy for each space but still easy for parents to check on little children if needed. The entry hall is both practical and elegant. The placement of the washer and dryer makes a lot of sense. The decor is first rate. A variety of households could live happily here! (I am envisioning it sitting on an odd shaped cul-de-sac lot that doesn't have much back yard but has a lot of space off to the side, where the patio is.) No suggestions - just pure admiration!
I’m always amazed at how you can make small square footage feel big. Love the entry and the kitchen has lots of counter space for cooking and baking. I love the big windows in the bathroom shower natural light is the best. Again, prof that you don’t need a big house to be happy.
I love the kitchen/dining room area! I love bay windows in a dining room and this kitchen layout is great. The master bedroom is nice and roomy and the bathroom is beautiful. Great entranceway also. That's a stunning picture to walk into! Very nice, comfy house
Great design! Nice storage space throughout and a subtle yet important separation of the kitchen and dining areas. Design elements give the house a roomy/airy feel. My only suggestion would be to position those great rainfall shower heads a little farther into those nice big shower spaces - give us space to shower, sing, whatever and still be under the spray. Great home.
I love the layout of this place. My favorite parts are the floating shelves in the kitchen & the sink in the bathroom. I really love the layout of the kitchen area, as well. I didn't realize there were 3 bedrooms.❤❤❤❤❤👍👍👍👍👍🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The large entry is useful, and in colder climates an inner door would keep out the cold breezes. The TV could go on the opposite wall in the living room. Items on open shelves near the stove are likely to get greasy, so I'd put cabinets there. There's a hall closet that could be used as a pantry. I have only details to suggest changing, so you can start building it for me next week. ;-)

Why waste the hall space to the front door closet? Kitchen too small. I couldn’t get around the bed in the first BR. I’m in a wheelchair. Closets suitable for one person only. No pantry.. NO WAY! Unsuitable.

Need more storage space. But the house is adorable. The tv above the fireplace is really tacky. Could it be placed on the wall facing the sofa.
Very nice design. But not too fond of the kitchen sink facing the living room. Maybe the wall behind the sink could be higher.
