I'm one of the few female drivers for Coca Cola. I've driven the 16 bay trailer as well as the 35' and 45' trailers. I love my job because I see something new everyday. I love the responsibility and independence my job provides. Sure there are challenges but I am proud to have overcome them and I am a better person for it.

I do that job and I'm no guy. I also work 10-12 hour days and I'm 55 years old. Right now it's winter here in Canada so that's an added challenge. It keeps you in shape and I feel a sense of accomplishment at the end of the day.
Very nice video, I use to work for Coca-Cola back in the 90's... it's good to see how some still take pride in their work. I haven't seen drivers rotate let alone face the product. Good stuff I miss this type of work but not sure I'd be able to do it now as I'm getting older lol
In Australia, coca-cola and other drink delivery drivers don't stock the fridges in the stores. They just deliver. We store attendants do the stocking.
It’s called a vendor job . vendors deliver goods and services which is what he is doing . delivering the goods ( coke) and providing a service (stocking the product on the shelves)
Umm u must be at one shitty coke distributor if you're doing over 1300 cases especially in a fucking sideload 😂😭💩 sideload for us back when we use to do that (now RD with lift gate) we did like 300-400 cases.

Yeah it’s usually a shit show. On premise is a little different from large chain grocery though. I was a merchandiser and supervisor for Pepsi for 7 years. Recently got out of it because I’m burnt out from grocery. Thankless job
Damn I do not miss those days. I was with Pepsi Beverages. I worked all the west los angeles area, hollywood, santa Monica, beverly hills, korea town, west hollywood, mid city, silverlake, highland park, glendale, atwater village. 14-20 stops a day on 16bay sideloader 450 to high 500 on average to 600+ to high 800's cases in the summer. Typical days were 9.5 hours. I always did 12+ to make it worth my time. This job isnt for those who want to be a runner there is no money and you will just burn your body . I was paid 28.40 out of Sanfernando CA. They paid time and a half plus double time . Never made under 80k .

You can tell these guys are a lot more fit than the average truck driver. At first, I’m thinking it would suck to drop off the bottles, but I’m sure they burn a lot more calories throughout the day and then just sitting there listening to the radio.

How much usually stops you have to do? I heard i can stay everyday at home instead of long trips through states but little bit less salary and again how do they pay for 4 weeks or a month? If I deliver containers for supermarkets and per week i get 700€ in Netherlands….i would appreciate the aswers.
As a guy who has been there done that I must say this position don't pay enough when i first started. I did this for 10yrs and gave myself a bday gift on my bday which was to quit the job. But alot has change and i heard they are finally getting pay so who knows.

I worked for philly coke and their equipment was trashed. The warehouse sucked so bad. Cases were missing all the time. The sales guy would sell way more then what customer ordered. Philly coke which is now liberty coke is a horrible

@@TheColbles2009 I did this for 17 years working for Canada Dry in Philly - South Jersey area. When I first started there in 1996 we didn't merchandise anything. As time went on we were required to do some merchandising, particularly in Wawa's and drug stores.
