    Since amber is fossilized tree sap, the stuff inside is often vegetation and even dead insects caught in the sap! Those with insects are highly prized! Great video!

    Biological matter is probably an adequate description. I'm going to do the float test today on a necklace I bought.. I have to buy a box of salt!!

    The “stuff”that’s inside is actually what it’s made of decomposed vegetation. Google is great for knowledge, handling pieces is likely the best form of education. Thanks for posting your shortcuts.

      If Amber is strung on a heavy string or clasp, it may cause it to sink. This is a very basic way to detect Amber
