I came back to add my experience. This video helped me swap a belt in less than 10 minutes. No jacking up or taking off motor mounts. 2 bolts for the fender cover and i took the top engine cover off for clearance but not necessary. Super thanks.

sounds like a pulley. wiggle each pulley to see if any of them have play.

LIKELY a Idler pully or belt tensioner pully. change then along with the belt Is what I would do.
