I have never eaten one before but if you ever try it again I would add pepper, onion and garlic powder with your Lawry's and wrap it in foil toward the end of your cook then try it
we usually cut them up and fry them like rabbit ( a lot more fat removal in the cleaning process that way ) but yes some good eating for sure -- the smoke flavor in your process does look delicious too so maybe next time I do "possum on the half shell " it will go on the grill -- thanks good video
Another great video enjoyed watching it that armadillo sure does look good Thank you keep up the good work😂😂
That looked pretty good! I'm surprised! Thank you for sharing my friends!
Lol. You and your brother crack me up! Great video
Another great video! The armadillo looks delicious! 👍
The kids just tickle me to death with their willingness to try new foods.
We get a few sightings of armadillos in Indiana as well.. usually road kill every once in a while.
I have a friend that made a Basket with the shell
Looks great! Hope your brother is ok
Thanks! He is ok and we had a good time cooking it. Thanks for watching.
@meandyououtside glad to hear. Keep up the great work!

Guess I’m just going to have to take your and your families word for it. Looks really good though 👍

Doesn’t armadillos carry leprosy in SW missouri? No hate just curious
Maybe. There is no recorded history of anyone getting it here in Mo. Legit question. Must be cooked thoroughly. Thank you for watching.
Yes the 9 banded Armadillos carry Leprosy..the other species do not…dont know what type this is
❤ 👍 👍
cool
Crock pot
You always cook your meat fat side up so that fat will cook through the meat and make it tender and flavorful
True. Most of the fat was on this armadillos back. It was very moist meat. Thanks for watching.
