I think you guys are underestimating the actual power of telling random people you love them. It will almost always make them laugh, and they'll tell who ever they talk to that some random person said they loved them. In return, it will make them do it just to be funny, perpetuating the laughs and spreading love around. It's a very interesting social experiment.

Ryan Sickler can make the most difficult subjects palatable and funny. So glad that he is recovering and still here to do what he does and be with the people that love him. I lost my mom from a pulmonary embolism a couple of years ago now. No warning, completely sudden and she was gone. Please people do what you can for your health and always tell people you love them, at the drive thru and at home ❤
