    I got something like this from Walmart. I think it's called an eggtastic. It makes a pretty decent boiled egg or a pretty ok omlet. Pretty cool little device.

    Wife gave me an incubator and solar generator for Christmas, I'll be hatching chicks all throughout grid down ;)

    Love the small incubator. I used to have one simular to yours, worked great. I hatched chicks, ducklings, and quail. I prefere a good broody hen, but its fun to candle the eggs, and then watch them hatch. Your children should really enjoy this project. Facts of life thats age appropriate. They'll never be bambuzeled by some guy or gal..lol. God bless.

    move the thermostat wire from the side of the tray to a hole in the middle. my gf closed the lid with the wire sticking out like you did and we had nicely cooked eggs.

      @Helga we had 2 eggs hatch. But I think the air transport is the reason why there were not many hatched

    This incubator works perfect for me you just need to apply warm water to it every morning and don’t open it too much and you should be fine

      @@Blackchang45272 and we have to turn them 3 times each day. hmm. i set the temp to 37.8.

      @@jayangli you need to decrease the temperature to 3.75, depending on what you are hatching though but most poultry requires 3.75, and yes ensure to turn them 3 times a day if you have work or have to go out 2 is fine but try and turn 3 times a day and when you add water ensure it is warm not cold or hot

    Is your thermometer below the plastic tray or poking through in the upright position? Im getting mixed temperatures. 37.5 above is 40 below the tray which is actually the temperature the eggs touch at the bottom. Im using two thermometers one above that ive poked through the top

    I have this! Do you flip them pointy side up ever, or simply rotate like they are? Mine isn't quite as humid as what you have there... should I add more water?

    In 21 days or less you should have chicks. Hopefully, the short time it is off is as if the bird is feeding or something. If the kids named them you might be in trouble. How are the rabbits. Take care and good luck.

    Hey, I would like to use this incubator for one of my experiments as a cheap alternative. Would like to know if I'm able to set it at a higher temperature? For example 60 degree Celsius. Appreciate it if you could answer this. Thanks!

      It gets to that temperature its bad for hatching because it gets too hot.

      Secret is to put the wired thermometer below the tray. If you have it upright poking up through the tray it will be too hot.

    ive only had my seven incubator for two days and already the light for working is not working. we even tried resetting and still no lights on it but its constantly staying at 100 even when i turn the eggs. So hopefully its working ok

      @@StepOneSurvival I have three 🤣 selected a mixture of eggs 🥚 decided to leave the eggs within the incubator for 28 days then opened them, the chicks were partially developed 😢 will try and find a clocker ❤️ good vid tho, hope you get some babas soon! Xxx
