Fun fact: Wyverns are sentient intelligent beings. They are an official member race of the Horde, but don't have a rep on the new council for some reason.
I LOVE those little gargoyle flight masters in Revendreth. They're the afterlife embodiment of those that couldn't escape working in customer service even after death. They're a whole mood
Another thing to mention about Jarrodenus is he is so convenient for Alliance players questing through Ashenvale caught on the other side of Splintertree Post. It was such a relief to get to that encampment when in the area in Hardcore.
This is one of my favorite top 10s you've done! I love the little pieces of character in the world getting a spotlight like this. Thanks for all your hard work!
*CLEARLY Commander Jeradennis was secretly a dreadlord.* Just like that guy that we also killed and decapitated in Hillsbrad that showed up in that legion event.
This might be my favorite Pointless Top 10. It goes into a lot of pointless knowledge but also some stuff that is just good to know, like the eyepatch Tauren. For an Alli player like me, this is new stuff. Thanks, Crendor!
Camp Taurajo will always make me mad and sad after what the alliance did. I spent so much time there, and for us to be able to peak into the past just before the attack with our boy Thunderhorn's words like that?? It feels like a movie. A perfect #1 spot.
These videos really brighten my day and a wonderful soure of substance + entertainment. I'm just sad you don't do more videos! Your one of my favorite TH-camrs :)
Hey Crendor, just found your channel a few days ago and I love it :) Keep up the good work! If You're looking for ideas, i didn't see any video of Yours about lampposts or signposts (the ones by the roads) - there was one about roads as a whole, but I alvays appreciated this little detail about them, and I'm really cuorius about Your take on it :)
Crendor your loggia in questioning the ‘that Tauren doesn’t look like Emilia Eirheart’ is entirely misunderstood lol. The comment or you’re questioning is MUCH MORE LIKELY saying; if you were going to create a character with an Emilia or Opra reference, it would make sense to maybe perhaps make the models of the characters they’re making up resemble them in some way.
It seems like there's someone at Blizzard who really cares about the lore and background of NPCs, sometimes their story spans 4-5 or more expansions, and has a truly admirable attention to detail. While on the other hand, those who deal with the main story of Wow are extremely superficial. To the point that it contains basic discrepancies, makes it ultra boring, makes no sense or just plain sucks.
the same thing happened to Thule Ravenclaw from classic to cata. Horde quest chain ends with killing him and taking his head back to the forsaken. Then in cata he is a rarespawn talking about how worgen took over his castle and made him homeless.
Baneflight could've been a flight master in his previous life. He might be a undead ghoul now, but he also might have memories of being a flight master in his previous life. So he is GREAT at controlling his flights. So long as his stable doesn't see him as a boney, meaty, rotten snack as he is a undead; he has a purpose "post life". Honestly, comforting that such a "disabled" induvial has a purpose. Give him tips.
1:55 yeah sidenote, those glasses that she's wearing are UNOBTAINABLE in the game, and have been unobtainable for the entirety of Wow's existence ever since they were added to the game. A few NPCs use them. Just look at em... Flaunting those glasses... Taunting us.
The shoulders worn by the repair goblin on the Horde Mammoth mount are unobtainable too, and they're literally based off a model that was a baked-in part of the alpha era bandit model.
The two Flghtmasters on Shimmering Strand are isolated on a sandbar above Vashj'ir, one of the most disliked zones from Cataclysm and possibly the most neglected zone for evening since.
Another neat little piece of info: the wyvern is actually named after the species of dragon that only has two hindlegs and no front legs at all, instead relying on the tips of their wings to help with grappling on terrain. You see this in Game of Thrones, a show about dragons that are actually technically wyverns. MORE TO THE POINT, the design of the wyvern in-game is not based on a dragon or cousin of dragon at all. Instead, it's based on the manticore, with the added bonus of a saber-tooth face rather than a human's, along with a pair of big ol' horns. Which is why I prefer to use the term "wind riders" instead of "wyverns" when I'm talking about them.
Yes the flight masters the strongest in all if azaroth back in the day they saved my but more times than I can remember if a ganker fears two things it's a better geared player or a flight master
If thor, the god of thunder is not on this list I am going to be deeply upset. (He's the flight master in sentinel hill since vanilla, he's just named Thor but everyone on wowhead says he is the god of thunder.)
Crendad i know you probably arent reading the new comments. However i got another pointless top 10 for you. Top 10 non main character relationships. (Mankirk could be one of em) but i think my #1 would be during BFA the mechagon unlock quest for alliance where a gnome and goblin are dating
If they gave Amelia Airheart a full leather jacket, leather goggle helmet and a white neckscarf she might be more recognizable. Suristratz - More like Surly-Stratz, am I right? I think Spirit Of Gnomeregan is slow because they want you to spend more time in game.
I thought you'd include the Booty Bay flight master that killed you during a hardcore challenge when you accidently attacked him.
Probably the reason he didn't include him lol
XD
Dude loses his head.
The Alliance: ''This is not an acceptable excuse to avoid fighting the burning legion.''
Alliance: "Just fight the burning legion headless! Forsaken exist, so you have no excuse!"
My personal favourite will always be Hoboair in Westfall.
"Don't waste your hard earned money on expensive flight paths, fly Hoboair"
the way you said “keep yer feet on the ground!” Was actually so well delivered holy shit
number 10 convinced me Crendor is a dwarf irl, that impression was too good
Fun fact: Wyverns are sentient intelligent beings. They are an official member race of the Horde, but don't have a rep on the new council for some reason.
Now that I remember, Cairne told Thrall that the wyverns willingly pledged themselves after being saved from the harpies in Warcraft III.
My fave incongruity in the game is the various Dwarven flightmasters yelling "Keep yer feet on the ground!!" as you take off for parts unknown.
They appreciate the irony, it's literally their favorite joke.
I LOVE those little gargoyle flight masters in Revendreth. They're the afterlife embodiment of those that couldn't escape working in customer service even after death. They're a whole mood
Hmmm, my master DID say I have to serve everyone.
I thought I was going to hate Revendreth but it ended up being my favorite because of the various stoneborn.
1:00 I mean, the Wildhammer dwarves were the first to train gryphons, so he could have been raised by Wildhammers.
We need a top 10 NPCs with unique outfits.
This might all be pointless but to me it means the world. Thank you for sticking to this content!
I feel like Dungar Longdrink could be a nod to Carrot from Terry Pratchett's Discworld. The human who thinks he's a dwarf, he also has red hair.
Fun fact, some flight paths reach speeds of over 700% movement speed, the 430% is not a set speed but just the typical speed.
Gotta visit that troll with the warming torch now. Thanks for another great pointless top 10!
Another thing to mention about Jarrodenus is he is so convenient for Alliance players questing through Ashenvale caught on the other side of Splintertree Post. It was such a relief to get to that encampment when in the area in Hardcore.

*CLEARLY Commander Jeradennis was secretly a dreadlord.* Just like that guy that we also killed and decapitated in Hillsbrad that showed up in that legion event.
It's kinda funny that we could make a whole list of NPCs that were Decapitated and/or brutally killed, but returned for the Legion Invasions
To think that I have been following your channel on and off for 14 years...
time goes by so fast
This might be my favorite Pointless Top 10. It goes into a lot of pointless knowledge but also some stuff that is just good to know, like the eyepatch Tauren. For an Alli player like me, this is new stuff. Thanks, Crendor!

An important lesson in not pressganing criminals into your military.
Theramore sends its regards.
@@Vhite But camp T was first.
@@DIEGhostfish And an important lesson in knowing the locals wherever you happen to be fighting.
Flight masters are OP. The day will come that they will rise.
They've gotta be the richest NPCs in the game
@@ericv738 No, the richest NPC is Big Keech. That asshole...
Did you know that you fly faster when you take fly path and you have some mounted speed bonus passive, such as paladin aura?
0:40 Headcanon accepted that he was raised by a loving family of dwarves in Ironforge.
These videos really brighten my day and a wonderful soure of substance + entertainment. I'm just sad you don't do more videos! Your one of my favorite TH-camrs :)
Hobo Air should have made the list , a true entrepreneur
Crendor's favorite flight master NPC is Mike Ditka
That impression of "Keep yer feet on the ground!" was so funny 😂
Hey Crendor, just found your channel a few days ago and I love it :) Keep up the good work! Wow, flight masters are so cool

Cant wait for top ten stone walls
Hello Crendor. Idea for very obscure Pointless Top 10: Best looking zones/areas with Inky Black Potion active.
SOLID dwarf impression crendor lmao
Good rare Roast beef and some horseradish on a hard roll. It sounds simple but it is an amazing sandwich.
the same thing happened to Thule Ravenclaw from classic to cata. Horde quest chain ends with killing him and taking his head back to the forsaken. Then in cata he is a rarespawn talking about how worgen took over his castle and made him homeless.
Wow. Flight masters are so cool. They are the best. Amazing
Been waiting for this one
Somehow Jaredennis returned..
Liked at 5:20.
I want one.
8:51 Twin brothers with very unimaginative parents is how.
I just wanted to say I like BLT's better than Club sandwiches, I think bird meat is overrated and lowers the quality of sandwiches.
Fried chicken sandwiches slap, so do Buffalo pulled chicken sandwiches

@wowcrendor Could you add "ghouls" who found useful/peaceful purpose post undead?
Oh yeah, this is exactly the sort of content I log onto youtube for!
1:55 yeah sidenote, those glasses that she's wearing are UNOBTAINABLE in the game, and have been unobtainable for the entirety of Wow's existence ever since they were added to the game. A few NPCs use them.

They recently implemented a recipe that lets you obtain them, under a different name.
@@EthVortexShield what? Seriously?
The shoulders worn by the repair goblin on the Horde Mammoth mount are unobtainable too, and they're literally based off a model that was a baked-in part of the alpha era bandit model.

Dungar also got a hearthstone card
The outros always make me happy :)
Number 1 is the FM is Darkshire, he will tank stitches

Cut off his head? Na,think we got the body double. Sneaky sneaky elves....
Awsome job!
flight masters? love em, can't get enough of em
It's really good that red dragon flight masters have the same voice as the goblins... 😂😂😂
I guess number two is where all that regeneration went as trolls turned into elves. My man got it all for himself.
Surastrasz is relatable and is my spirit animal.
dude warming the wyverns is the real mvp
Hey! On Dungar Longdrink. he actualy is the WoD alliance garrison flightmaster aswell.
Jaredenes or however you spell it is probably the most powerful character in Warcraft - the only mortal who could survive a lobotomization.
Keep yer feet underground
Maybe that commander dude had a body double, and the horde players only killed his body double...
What about the Vashj'ir flight masters? Or are they... swimmasters?
Dungar Longdrink is just a particularly tall dwarf.
Haha, when #1 came up i was literally walking to that flight master for the flight path because it was the next thing to do on my questie guidelime
Can't believe you missed Thor, God of Thunder himself, working as flightmaster in Westfall...
Yes the flight masters the strongest in all if azaroth back in the day they saved my but more times than I can remember if a ganker fears two things it's a better geared player or a flight master
flight masters are the best!
(posted under duress)
If thor, the god of thunder is not on this list I am going to be deeply upset. (He's the flight master in sentinel hill since vanilla, he's just named Thor but everyone on wowhead says he is the god of thunder.)
My disappointment is immeasurable, and my day is ruined.
Idk if it’s too soon but I’d love to see top 10 ducks 🦆
Being a flightmaster must be the most secure job in WoW.
Now if there was an adult version of this list, wonder how high Runk Windtamer would be ranked?
FINALLY THE TOP 10 THAT ACTUALLY MATTERS
Life Changing
the last one
lol that gyrocopter looks nothing like the spirit of st louis but it's funny
blizzard lore writers be like: somehow commander jarrodenus returned
surely they know they can google their own characters to make sure the lore is consistent, right? …right???
EVERYONE WAKE UP NEW POINTLESS TOP TEN
He's not a Dwarf, he's just Scottish!
great topic for a pointless top 10
I saw the thumbnail and title and said, ooooooooo
I feel the alliance tanaris flightmaster deserves to be on this list.
Wow....flight masters are so cool
Scroll of flight is my favorite flight master
The massacre at Camp Taurajo still makes every warcrime comitted against The Alliance justified.
Monsters.
Awesome video 😂 gg
Ohh cant wait to see Michael Garret on here, hes the no.1!
unbuffed master flying is 410% of running speed, not 310%.
It INCREASES your speed by 310%, so 100% + 310%.
I’m here because Crendor told me to be here.
Best: Ratchet FM
Worst: Undercity FM
Crendad i know you probably arent reading the new comments. However i got another pointless top 10 for you. Top 10 non main character relationships. (Mankirk could be one of em) but i think my #1 would be during BFA the mechagon unlock quest for alliance where a gnome and goblin are dating
Goblins name is "Grizzek fizzwrench" and gnomes name is "sapphronetta Flivvers"
I can't believe Crendor killed N'zoth all by himself
Faster than…..even the swiftest horse.
Sentinel hill flight master is named Thor so he should get a spot.
Omusa is also my #1 flight master! Glad he gets some recognition here 🥲
Wow flightmasters are the best one of those 3
There's a couple of npcs that reference the X Files
maybe he came back from priest resurrection or paladin redemption spells
Justice for Tak-Tak!
If they gave Amelia Airheart a full leather jacket, leather goggle helmet and a white neckscarf she might be more recognizable.
Suristratz - More like Surly-Stratz, am I right?
I think Spirit Of Gnomeregan is slow because they want you to spend more time in game.
wow... wow man... number 1 got me where It hurts
