Hii!! I love your crochet aid, and I also love your previous one you showed in another video. Thank you for sharing your crochet process with us. I had a hemiplegic stroke, and am also using a crochet aid to crochet. Sending all the love to you, keep up the great work!❤️❤️❤️

    I have a few questions
for you about when you tied off the knot and held part of the string in your mouth. First, brilliant. Second, it must have taken so much concentration and effort to get that new technique incorporated into your crocheting, and you make it look effortless.
Is it effortless or automatic now or do you still have to think about it every time you do it?
I also had a Hemorrhagic stroke in April of 2021 and I just found your channel today. I'm in the middle of your video but wanted to ask that question before I forgot it, so don't be overwhelmed if I leave a lot of comments.

I asked that question because I was a chef before my stroke, and now I can use a knife, but it takes so much effort and concentration to do it safely. I am so slow and what used to be my passion, art, and career, I no longer even enjoy doing. Do you still love crocheting? You must, or you probably would not be doing it. Was it frustrating to learn a new way of doing it? I only cook now if I have to.

This channel came up in my recommended videos today, so I looked through your channel (new subscriber now!) and watched your stroke story. I am so glad you were able to get the tube placed. It must be a relief. You already look healthier.

It was so HARD at first but I love it… I can’t imagine my life without it. But I was afraid at first. I made made so many mistakes. I’m still getting back to where I was. This project seemed easy because once the change stitch and the Foundation stitch it’s smooth sailing ⛵️
