My buddy Lam Choi, gave me his one and ONLY copy of his documentary before he passed away from substance use, and possibly depression. I do not own the rights to this documentary. I just thought it was a shame that I was the only one with a copy of his DVD. And quite possibly, it may never be seen again. I decided to upload it to youtube to make sure I kept that promise to never lose it. But now, I’m deciding to share. You will see a glimpse of one part of Lam Chois life and the outcome of a child's life with the absence of the correct guidance. His refugee journey from Vietnam to the streets of the Tenderloin district of San Francisco. May your story live on Lam. RIP LAM CHOI & Jeff Adachi (Public Defender).
