I guarantee there’s not another 450 Himalayan in the US (maybe the world) that has more miles on it than yours! 17,000 miles is just incredible in such a short amount of time. I see 20 year old ADV bikes advertised all the time with less than 10,000 miles on them.
Those knobbies wouldn't get much serious use in Iowa but in S Ohio, Pennsylvania, and W Virginia, there's many off road riding, river crossings, and mud. Wahoo.!! Wish I could be there for the Open House. Maybe a ride to Marne again next year. Spring planting season would be nice. 👍👍
Shane at RideinKy there in Walton. I bought one there. Great to deal with. Would recommend I’m also from ky. Lexington unfortunately is not a dealership for everyone.
@@Mistybottoms I'll give Shane a call. Not been up there for awhile anyway. The dealer I went to was the one in Bristol VA. 3000 to 4000 dollar markup on every bike Triumph Speed 400's and every bike on the floor. Mega type place. One you want see in business in a couple years. Very unfriendly which is strange for my area of the world. Thanks for the info Safe rides. I live just outside of Hazard. Lots great riding in a 75 mile circle. 400 ft. mountains great river valleys over in SW Virginia.
@@samhill3496 hazard area is one of my favorite places on this earth. Haven’t been that way in a while. Is the road to nowhere still open? We have been there several times over the years but last time I heard it was closed to public. We live near the green river lake in Greensburg/campbellsville area.
The tires are meant for motocross and off road bikes and they won't last long on pavement. All that bike is , is a regular Himalayan with knobby tires and side number plates. It's twice the weight of an off road bike , sorry it just doesn't work for me.

It's such a fun motorcycle to ride 🙂
Royal Enfield should produce a special ' Wahoo!' version.
Wouldn't that be something?
Ride safe 👍
Hey, I like the way you think! Double Wahoo! 🙂🤠
Most underrated bike reviewer on youtube. Thanks for making these. Love waking up and seeing you got a new video out.
Wow, thanks!
What else you want from motorcycle which makes old man enjoying and having fun like a kid 😊
True!
This bike would fit right in with those from the MadMax/Furiosa movies.
Love it!

I see the RE OEM Handguards - you have to remove the bar weights - has he noticed any vibes through the bars?
I didn't ask him and I was having too much fun to notice. I'll pay attention next time. Good question. Thanks
Tubeless spoke wheels kit is now available from RE in india. Might come to US soon.
Would like to see this bike fitted with the ACERBIS plastic fuel tank ( 23 litre ) and thoughts of said tank. Nice looking Himi

That bike just completed a 100 mile Enduro. It did pretty good
I had a blast riding it. If he'd lend it to me for a week, I'd bring it back with bald tires. Wahoo 😁
