You got the best version of the Bear! I kept checking California for one but they weren't getting them in or they were being sold before they hit the ads. With no RE dealer close to me I decided to go with the Svartpilen to accompany my other bikes. Plus it supported my local dealership. KTM/Husqvarna/GasGas can use the help these days.
Good for you, always support your local dealer.
Who would have thought sightseeing in Marne could be such fun😂
For the uninitiated ,,,, this post pretty much sows the entire mighty metropolis of.. Marnie ... a five minute ride.... 😎
LOL...I think I could have added another 27 seconds had I ran through the upper Eastside. Wahoo!
You want average? Go ride a versys 650, it’s the best at nothing, but good at everything, listening to this video, you described a versys 650. Price, gas mileage, storage, gravel, do all, touring, average. Reliable as all get out, simple to maintain. Rack up the miles and enjoy you can thank me later.
So, I did own a Versys 650 and loved every mile I put on it. It did have a few problems...Front tire didn't like to stay on the ground, every stop sign was a wheelie...liked to pick up a lot of speed going down hill (up hill too sometimes) and...I could go on. Was a fun bike. Thanks. Wahoo!
Welcome sir
Thank you...Wahoo!
Off-topic question: Do you have a Bigfoot experience? I note a lot of Bigfoot silhouette images.
Dated a beautiful woman for many year. One day she asked me to make her a Bigfoot, I did. Next her friends wanted them, other people wanted them , strangers wanted them...I've made over a thousand Bigfoot from plywood over the past 8 years. She's long gone but the Bigfoot...well they never seem to disappear. Wahoo!
Kind of wish motorcycle manufacturers would consider putting the rear brake as the left handle, but I understand some manual riders might grab it like a clutch out of habit and get themselves spun around... Still... using hands to brake is a lot more intuitive than using your foot.
Interesting thought... 🤔
Looks awesome!! Can’t wait for 0-60 times compared to stock and the 411 Hunter…. Definitely need to post the dyno numbers compared to stock and the 411 kit…. It’s awesome… great video!
It's a fun one to watch, that's for sure.
Hey! Look at that little monster!! Thanks for the Shout-out!!
I wanted to mention your work & channel but thought I'd ask you first. Next video?
"It's a freshly built engine, so we'd better take it a bit easy." *Proceeds to bump it against the rev-limiter.* It's hard to hold back on such a nice toy. 😂
Life is rough LOL
I did the 410 cc kit on my classic 350, I guess they got the kit from Himalayan tools in India, which I bought mine kit from, its perfect and you can use al the original parts and ecu, with the 500cc kit you have to do more modifications, Hello from Norway 👍
Did you do a video on it?
@ no sorry
Would love to visit Norway!
I wish RE will build a 500 Hunter in future
Wahoo!
I really enjoy your energy and the fun you have riding motorcycles.
Love riding bikes....Wahoo!
Thanks Fuzzy. Love that Baxter's is always messin with something, experimenting. True bikers and the hot rodding mentality. Wahoo for all of their efforts. Have a great day.😊
Glad you enjoyed it
Now that is interesting, a Hunter 500! I had the Hunter 350 for 18 months and it was a great little machine but I traded it in for the new Guerrilla, 3 months ago. If RE had done a 500cc version of the Hunter, think I might have been tempted ....... love the the old skool look of the Hunter and I'm also loving the new Guerrilla. We haven't got the new Interceptor Bear yet, here in the UK, but that's very appealing too ........ RE are just making toooooo many good bikes!!!! No complaints though 😁
@@PAGallagher i want to upgarde from hunter and scram440 looks perfect
I know… stop this RE😂 I wonder what will be next
Right on
I miss the smell of bel ray in the woods. That’s a cool bike.
You understand 🙂
i have rolled up my handle like that, but how do they manage to add 150cc into that?
I think they put different bars on this bike. Was looking at that in the video this morning. The increase in cc's was from a cylinder and piston kit. We'll do another video on this soon. I'll have better information on it then. Was a little excited this time. Wahoo!
@@forgottenmotorcycles yes if we get that kit here it will be good to see how it can be put in india then i sont need to buy scram440
@HunterVlog350cc I would love to have a scram 440 🙂
@ coming in january here in india, not sure about USA
@HunterVlog350cc We don't think it's coming to The USA
wow that looks so nice!!!
Wahoo!
It’s one heck of a wheelie machine, I’ll wager!
I'm think'n it would be...we'll break it in first. Wahoo!
Specially gas....?
Pump gas
Cruz control, traction modes?
I believe this bike had traction control and cruz.
Has tpms?
I don't remember it having any tpms.
500cc? I find that hard to believe, that would involve having an 86mm piston. Perhaps a 477cc with an 84mm piston which has been done before and is sold as a 500 kit! I have no problem with being wrong about this, I believe the Case opening is not sufficient for an 86mm kit. Of course it could have been completely stripped and the case opening machined which would make for an expensive upgrade.
You may be correct. I'll find out and post in the next video on this bike. Thanks
ozhimalayan477cc2 the "Himalayan Tools" instructions say to clearance the case for the 86mm piston without pulling the cases apart. This clearancing is common in air-cooled VW big-bore kits; same scenario except yes, I always split the cases on my VWs. The 86mm piston and 85.8mm stroke is 498.39cc. The biggest misconception in R.E. big-bore kits is the "865" which is the earlier Triumphs displacement; I own two of them. The "865" is actually a bit less than 863cc (862.65). The Triumph is actually a true 865cc due to longer stroke. I tell people all the time that my 2020 "750INT" is actually 743cc. S&S should practice a bit more "truth in advertising".
@frederickwoods5943 in a few months I will know for sure but at this stage I believe that 477(84mm) is as large as is possible without increasing the case opening. I have to finish running in before a Dyno run to see what the New Bullet 350 has at the back wheel, then I shall remove the 350 cylinder and replace with 410. Another Dyno run then fit 477 kit, if that is not enough and if the case can take 86mm I will have a go at making a 500 Bullet.
@ozhimalayan477cc2 that's great. The HT instructions say to stuff rags in the crankcase to catch the pieces that are ground off, forget whether it was a video or not but it seems to be a slip-shod method! It always bothered me how people (Honda in particular) will "round up" the displacement to an even number; look at Kawasaki's "ninja 500", it is 451cc. How stupid do they think the public is? Hope your project goes well and we would like to hear about the results, please.
Hello interested in it's Dyno $s with the 500 kit
Fun machine.
I didn't know what a smoker was. Always learning something. This I will remember and pass it on. Baxter's sure know how to bump up the performance and do the mods. Looks like a winner 🏆 to me. Wahoo.!! 👍👍
This one was a fun one. Wahoo!
Wow Awesome Fuzzy Wahoo.
I would like to know more Fuzzy if you can find out more?
Looks like a fun motorcycle. 🙂
You were dead right RR...smashing bike.
Put a hippohands/not quite sure about naming/ , you gonna be surprised!
Wahoo!
Do you have trouble finding parts for these bikes? I’m looking at an 01 with 14,800 miles
Never had any trouble with parts for this bike. Very large aftermarket. These are great motorcycles. Wahoo!
@ thank you for the timely response!
I know of a couple of people that state a really good improvement with Hagon shocks also, which Baxter Cycle also sells and they are much less than the YSS. Good to know that the YSS are very good though.
Have rode the Super Meteor with Hagon Shocks. Worked very well. Wahoo!
Please let us know if Baxter cycles have fitted softer rear suspension. I think that’s the only down fall of this bike. Otherwise, it would be perfect.
Have talked about this and will talk about this a Great deal more in the future. The ride of my motorcycle has improved as the bike has gained miles. I truly appreciate the ride and handling of this bike. Would I like to try aftermarket shocks? Yes.
A Chicom Special. 😅
Wahoo 🎉
Wait, what? Does the H450 have enough wattage output to power heated gear?!
I think it does. I ran the bike with gear and the voltage meter on. Voltage meter stayed at the high end. We'll do more testing
@@forgottenmotorcycles Modern-day voltage regulators will try to keep the voltage up, but the battery can slowly discharge if the wattage draw exceeds the output of the alternator/generator minus the wattage draw of the bike's ignition, CPU, fuel pump/injection, lights, etc. Be sure to let us know how it works out!! Thanks as always for the great posts!
@ProducerBoy650 I rode it a thousand miles to Virginia and a thousand miles back from Virginia with heated gear on. So far so good 🙂 we'll see what this winter brings.
Does it have tubeless tyres or with tube ?
Tube tires on this hot rod
Good desert bike it looks like.
Looks like a fun motorcycle 🙂
Added a 2024 to the garage last week. Still in break in but it a total hoot to ride! They upgraded everything, except appearance, I think the older models looked cooler but I think the new models are more capable all-around bikes. It looks like your friend has opened up the bike's potential with mods. Fun stuff!
These bikes are an absolute hoot to ride. Spirited for sure. Congratulations! Wahoo!
@ Thanks Fuzzy! I wanted a fun lil bike for everyday, all weather conditions and I think this will fit the bill. Have a great day!
Love all the videos , you have to do a video on who you are ! you have this garage with all these bikes...you look like your semi retired...whats the origin story Fuzzy Biker ???? the people behind the bike are just as interesting as the bikes ! just a thought from a fellow Royal Enfield Tribal member !
Oh my, that would be a boring video. I'm just an old man that love to ride motorcycles. PS Retired years ago. I'm old. Wahoo!
Another Chinese motorcycle with Italian badging. Is everything “Italian” made in China?
It's a great bike. Not sure where it was made.
@@forgottenmotorcycles the corporate website states Italy and Spain.
Do you deliver to Pennsylvania
I'm betting they do. Contact Jeremy or Mark at Baxtercycle.com for info on this. Wahoo!

For sure!
Winter is the best time to buy a motorcycle. Can while away those colder months getting the bike ready for fun!
Wahoo!
Love a yellow motorbike especially Norton Yellow Wahoo.
It's sharp!
Great looking bike. Good trip when you can't be out riding.
Life is good!
Riding we do, the whole year on😊. Only, here in Belgium everything is a bit smaller. The length of Belgium is 300 km😂. RE are geniuses 😊
Oh wow!
No oil leaking...no oil? Maybe! Anyhow, great to see nonetheless.
Wahoo!
I would not consider riding in those temperatures, colder than my Fridge!Looks to be more trees than people in your town.
It's cold, but we have a lot of fun riding!
Yellow is one of my favorite colors. Looks great on the Norton. Winter season is almost here. Hope it is over soon so we can start riding a new moto season. Wahoo.!! 👍👍
I'm ready for spring....
I’d like to do that….ride bikes and deliver them 👍🏻
Wahoo!
You looked at a Moto Morini the other day. It seemed like a great bike. In fact, I've seen them in the dealers and they look good. My only disappointment was that it was a parallel twin when the Morinis I remember from my youth were V twins. I discovered today that Morini are releasing a 350 V twin next year and it's called the 3 1/2 as a nod to the 1970s model.😊
Yes, I did google that new 3.5. Looks good. Wahoo!
