Hi, I worked in the university in Thailand. Lots of my students are from southern China. Covid makes everything a work from home nowaday. But after its all better, I plan to travel to China and maybe visit my students soon. They're really lovely and diligent kids, I hope all of them grow up and have good lives there.

Awesome skill... street fried rice and noodle masters are unparalleled in skills and taste ... you might get same rice and noodle in big restro but you will never get that rustic taste that you get in street

在台湾我怎麼都找不別真正有鍋(鑊)氣的炒麵,每次點的炒麵都是沒有炒而是加水煮乾的麵叫炒麵。
😅😅😅風格不同罷了!~我反到覺得中國都沒用一點水~全是用油硬去炒這些東西太油膩~又為了解油膩調味料放太多~~總之又油又乾味道又過重~~一點都不合台灣人味口
如果你在台南吃(炒飯魚麵)或台灣各地(炒花枝麵)~誰敢說這2種麵沒有鑊氣~~
不只是滿滿鑊氣也因為勾芡汁也是滿滿濕潤~~我個人認為這才好吃
