    I made this recipe and it turned out delicious. Weirdly the whole thing tasted better at room temperature, when I pulled it out of the fridge it wasn't nearly as good after sitting out for a while. My nieces also weren't a fan of the pieces of Reece's cups between each layer so I will probably leave that out next time. Overall it was delicious and looked good! I went with a more marble effect instead of chocolate drip.

    This looks great, and I really want to make it, but I'm a bit thrown off by the amount of frosting given considering the size of the cake. Do you use up all of it, or is there any left over?

    • @lifeloveandsugarofficial
      @lifeloveandsugarofficial  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      You can see in the video that I use a piping tip to add frosting to the sides of the cake and that uses quite a bit of frosting. So yes, I use pretty much all of it. You can reduce the amount if you don't think you will.

    • @chrissyp3065
      @chrissyp3065 ปีที่แล้ว

      I just made this cake and I agree that the icing was so sticky and not spreadable. It kept peeling off of my cake. I had to use my fingers to press it on. Icing tasted good tho.
