You really helped me out from my lower quad right side… that I was feeling I’ve been doing the exercises every day!!! Question…..it seemed to move up to my scapula I feel a little discomfort but still doing the work outs but is that normal?

I had a spinal fusion and still need another apparently…per the back drs. I was in severe pain tonight and just did a few of your stretches from part 2 AND omg I actually got a little relief. That rarely happens. Love these back pain videos. Thanks for posting!!!!

Sorry to hear it. I had L5-S1 fusion 25 years ago. Always think muscles! You will recover and get stronger than ever! I did.

@@gravestonemyth do you think it’s normal to have mid /upper back pain if the doctors say one needs an L5si fusion? I get so confused as to why that part of my back hurts if I now need the l5si fusion. Thank u for your videos!

@@ldelre7439 Always think muscle! If your low back is hurting, you're probably holding back on daily calisthenics and stretching. After a while, everything starts to hurt. Try to get a daily routine of yoga/pilates and give it a few months to kick in before considering surgery.

Good although I have some concerns with the neck exercises where the head goes back. I have learned that this position can be risky. I did try them anyways and feel some pain/headache which is familiar from last time I tried them. Any thoughts/suggestions?

There are physical therapists and doctors on here that tell people DO NOT do the side bends, stretch and twisting types of moves-- that it aggravates injuries and makes it worse. SO- I'm doing Tai chi... natural motions only.

These exercises aren't hard and don't feel like they're doing anything for me. I'm fairly athletic, but my back hurts due to posture issues at work and tight quads from a lot of walking. Are the exercises doing more for me than i realize or do you think I may need different exercises/warm up?

kneck circles, is that something you should be telling people to do? I mean at one point in my life it was yeah do these, then it was no don't do that back part just go like right ear, out and then roll to the face down and then to the left ear, then go back to face down and then just roll the head back. Hey, I'm just an overweight older guy just asking because it seems like another of those things that we do, then we are told not to, now I see you doing and I get this what the fuck is happening in this world. It feels a little bit like listening to those flat earthers talk and I just turn off the video and find something else, kind of what I feel like doing now but I will keep watching and see how this proceeds.
