I'm surprised I didn't see this video months ago. I broke this exact part on one of my laser nut's. That buggy has now become a parts car, I believe I'm going to order that part today. Lol. I like Vitavon, upgrades good quality.
The best Losi upgrade I've found is the TLR aluminium front top brace for the SCTE 3.0. It was really hard to find and quite expensive, but really stiffens up the front end and looks gorgeous
@@BradHedges it holds the steering posts bro, it's triangular. It does attach to the front brace also. The original Losi TLR part is aluminium and their getting quite difficult to find This is it --> www.amazon.co.uk/Team-Losi-Front-Brace-Aluminum/dp/B00EF4ZCK0
If you have an upgraded servo, you should get the exotek steering rack, its worth every penny and it is getting harder to find upgrades for older losi. Exoteks website will let you request an email if they get it in stock, just do that and they will get you one. Its necessary on the tens
@@kellyfarrer3325 your absolutely right bro, the older Losi rigs are getting really hard to get decent upgrades for. I was looking for the Exotek steering system for my other Losi scte, I could only find out of stock listings for the tenacity. I think the 3.0 scte is part of the "Ten" line, as I also have the ten sct (Troy Lee Designs) and it is basically a downgraded version of the 3.0. I'm going to try to get the Exotek kit for the Troy Lee sct, as the steering rack in the 3.0 is quite nice
@@speckledjim_ Thanks - yeah, I have that, along with everything else I can find to reinforce mine... I'm getting better at keeping it running more than a few minutes... Finally... 🙄 It's a great looking rig, and it goes like gangbusters - when it's going. I keep waffling about keeping it or not. I have two Bombers, a Rock Rey, two Tekno buggies, and I am just about done with my Tekno based Desert buggy. It both goes, and keeps on going! So I am going to decide whether to keep the Lasernut, make it a shelf queen, or sell it and move on. 😑🤷🏻♂️
Dude that thing flat out moves, I wanted to get one at first but I’ve noticed there broke more that they run so...yeah. I have way to much stuff to build and work on right now so no need for even more work. You do make that Lasernut really look desirable for though. Them sand paws man. Whoooo
Do you think Losi will fix that gear case issue with the tooooo small of bearing they use I was very interested up until that point. I still am interested but uno the bearing.
Hah! I ordered two of these a few days ago - before you posted this. Yay, me! 😁 Seriously, I have an SCT bumper waiting for this thing. Hopefully it will help me stop messing up my arms & hinges. 👍
When u had issues with the rear diff blowing was it the bearing blowing up? Looks like the new vitavon rear diff housing is using a bigger bearing hope that helps out. Order one of those and the brace u just installed. Did u have any issues withe the front diff at all.
Man 🤨 Am i able to get the vitavon parts shipped to Australia? I really like their parts! And i really love this Lazernut as I've probably said already 😁
It’s taken me a full year to get mine where it won’t break anything, so far , lots of upgrades from watching you thanks, a lot👍🏻👌🔥
Great video! I love that location wish I had that near me! The grass field is nice but the sand spot makes me smile from ear to ear.
yeah it rips up really good
Broke mine, didn’t notice till I cleaned it. Thanks for the vid. These lasernuts should come with a subscription to your channel

Are you talking about the one that holds the steering posts? Or one that goes the entire length of the car?

The LN should come that way from the factory...with that wing and paddle-tires...you made it perfect looking

Wow like it was made for it Joe, sure does look pretty

yeah I'm happy that its survived the last few drives!
how did you mount the wing ,and what wing is it.it looks way better than that bigass tire hanging off back.
Links in the description for it
@@ExocagedRC not the wing.
