first time trying any type of strength training with 5lb weights and super obese, i stopped at 17 minutes but will continue with a 30 min cardio workout. i hope to one day finish the whole video :)

I really appreciate the modifications, which allow me to choose my level depending on my energy level for the day. It also allows me to choose any HASfit workout labeled from beginner to advanced as I learn how to appropriately modify the workout for my ability.

The variation of dumbbells is extremely useful for a small person like me th-cam.com/users/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 But the dumbbell size being large it's hard to do certain exercises like deadlift ( I have to have my hands and legs a bit wider to accommodate the size of the DB )Otherwise happy with the purchase. No excuse not to lift weight when it's snowing outside.
My favorite exercise couple! And the only one as far as I can see. Super workout. I love how it's easy to follow, yet so effective. And great fun watching you two.

Anyone know how many calories this exercise burns? I just did this workout and I have to log it in an app I use but i don’t know how to determine how many calories were burned.
*Sorry but begginners should NOT lift dumbbells while in standing position. You should be seated. I did with 10 lbs and got my right side of the back hurt - and it's over a year now that the pain does not go away on it's own. I may need to see a doctor.*
Have you tried Alpino oats, specifically the chocolate flavor? It's delicious and ready to eat without any baking required. @aplinohealthfoods It's the best oats I've ever had!
