This is my first video I’ve watched from you guys, I’ve been really unmotivated lately and I’m not happy with my weight but I thought to give it a go still. I’m so happy I found you guys! Your gentle explanation throughout the whole video is so encouraging and the exercises you picked were so good, I’m so happy

Another perfectly-timed workout, exactly what I wanted to do this evening! I do have a question though: bracing your core - I always understood that I should be pulling my muscles inwards to brace, but the wording of "pressing out" is confusing me - have I been doing it wrong? I don't feel like I have as trying to "press out" feels a bit unnatural. Should it feel like the exhalation of trying to fill up a balloon, or like there's a balloon inside?
I only do your workouts, the others are boring😂 I do however want to ask for more a variety of Strength Training 30 min or more. I think I have done them all😅😅
