    What I think is Cassey, I've followed you since 5-6 years, you've bloomed, mentally and physically. You've always looked beautiful no matter whether it was before or after the 90 days of diet you followed. PLEASE DON'T STOP EVER. Lots of love!!!! ❤️

      Totally agree. Cassey is the best and she is real...with real fears...real issues...just like us. But what I love about @Cassey is how she overcomes them. And motivates us to do the same.

    It always amazes me a how HUGE packages of food are in the US, in Ireland if u want to buy a packet of asparagus you'd get maybe 10 stalks

      Cause its cotsco so everything is in bulk. If you go to regular grocery stores its not that big either lol

      I wish things were like that because this is one reason why we have so much food waste here in the US. Most folk won't cook and freeze fresh items and then just throw them out. If I buy 30 dollars worth of produce from Aldi that's a lot of food and I eat all 7+ lbs of freshness even if it means eating the same thing over and over again. most folk won't do that XD.

      Even though it’s Costco and bulk, American grocery stores do have much bigger packages. Like you guys don’t understand sometimes there will be 6 strawberries in a carton

    I’m a Celiac who just started eating gluten free and I’m so glad I did. I got so used to feeling bloated and gross by eating non gluten free food that I didn’t realize how good it would feel to eat something that my body wasn’t rejecting. Listen and take care of your body people!! ❤️❤️

    I am going on a 90 day journey starting Monday. I have my 90 day journal filled out with my goals. I'm so excited to start and see the difference.

      You shouldn’t be doing any 90 day journey, what you should be doing is picking any form of exercise that you enjoy and can keep doing for the rest of your life. Any kind of diet that has a time limit isn’t worth wasting your time on. You need to find a diet you can sustain for the rest of your life. The best diet is the one you can follow, not what any big internet personality tells you. Change your life for the better and find something sustainable so you can keep the weight off, if not you’re just going to bounce back.

      It’s not that great if you look at the macros profile. She’s having 45% Fat, 36% Carbs and only 19% Protein. Given the amount of exercise she does, she could really profit from eating more protein and reducing the amount of fat she consumes to optimize muscle growth. She’s missing out on plenty of gains that could make her body way more toned.

      @@gabrielahermida386 true, this isn’t the average/most popular macro split, but it seems to work for her (from what we can see on the internet lol) ! everyone has a different body, so maybe hers is fat-efficient (mine is carb-efficient, so this split would kill me haha). but I understand your concern and your points are extremely valid. :)

      (183/381;101/381;97/381) that’s how how you calculate percentages

    Kind of pumped. I did the 90 day journal about a year ago and it helped me figure out some basic health goals for myself- drink more water, less alcohol, more fiber rich veggies... been wanting to do another 90 day refresh this year and am happy to have a good guide now as well.

    I have to admit, I nearly deleted this video because I am wary of "What I Eat In A Day," videos, HOWEVER I am so thrilled that I chose to watch it.     I started doing your workouts in 2014 when I was 15, I'm now out of college and about to turn 23. I found your channel because I was always a chubby kid and I wanted to feel more confident. You helped me transform my body. Then, college happened and I gained a lot of weight and lost that confidence, and quarantine didn't help. It's been two months of regular exercise and eating better and I'm already down 12-ish lbs and I already feel way better! So, thank you for being there for me not once, but twice :)

      Well if you live in the states, eating healthy is just as easy as eating home cooked meals not processed fast foods or many frozen foods and just keeping your food proportioned to you whether you do alot of activities or not that you need all that energy

    I did gluten, dairy, sugar free diet during the lock down and it really cleared my skin! But now that I’m working again it’s hard to keep up,,, this gave me motivation to do it again☺️

    Buy loose produce to reduce plastic/package waste/pollution. And try to support your local farmers at your nearest farmers market, co-op, or grow your own. Raise awareness to minimizing our impact on our planet. ✌🌏

    I think you’re doing great with volume and nutrients- I have modeling friends who prepare for photo shoots with water only and then *NO* water 24 hours before the shoot. Anyone scoffing at this before photo shoot day is unaware of just how thoughtful your personal meals are. Also I realize that people may think that you’re suggesting they eat like you, but you’re not! You have meal plans that they can choose that were put together with a real nutritionist/dietician excuse my wording. This was a positive video and I can’t wait for the collection to drop!

      Because they bought it from a warehouse that only sells food in bulk, so it’s packaged that way. It’s not like a local grocery store or farmers market.

    your breakfast looked SO SO GOOD!!! I used to eat egg white omelettes but I realize that I get more satisified/ fuller using the full egg!!! Also I didnt realize how much flavor the yolk actually has!!

      Hey, I know she might be inspiring for you because she’s relatable but she shouldn’t be your main source of information, since there is a lot of misinformation about this topic on the internet. She might tell you what you want to hear, and there is some truth about it I’m not trying to discredit her but try following Coach Greg on youtube. His channel is packed with really valuable and true information you’re going to be glad you discovered it.

    In this 90 days....I'm going to lose lower abs fat ( coz I want to do all those lower abs exercise without my hands help) ,outer thigh fat, calves fat ... and this is my ' WHY '💜.
