It is so hard to do the 28day reset when you're still living in your parents house and they go grocery shopping and don't get why you suddenly don't drink milk ect anymore. But I'm really trying my best, and those snacks are awesome, so thank you for this video!

My parents are pretty cool about buying fruits and veggies that the family can eat, but I'll buy anything else that I want for myself (like weirder or more expensive produce, almond milk, raw honey, nuts, etc.). It can be a struggle, but it's doable!
Hey Cassey! I just wanna request that you make a tips video on exercising on your period. Maybe even a few exercises that are specifically for when we have our periods. I feel like this could help a lot of people. I always find myself getting lazy and giving up on my routines when it's that time of the month. Also, since I wear pads, I hate exercises where I have to lie down on my back, or when I have to spread my legs. I get all nervous about dirtying something. I hope you consider my request. Yum! The 28 day reset was incredible! Let's just say I cheated and ate some yogurt on day 10... and guess what happened. I broke out like a maniac! I finally now know I'm lactose intolerant, and by stopping my consumption of dairy, my skin cleared and is now GLOWING! My energy levels are off the walls and I don't have that midday crash anymore. Thank you so much Cassey! I'm definitely going to keep doing this!😘
Most people are lactose intolerant at some level because we are not baby cows, which is what cow milk is meant for-not humans. Those baby cows get taken away from their mothers at birth and the males are killed so humans can take their milk :(

I've been trying to explain to some slightly more stubborn people that dairy isn't the only calcium source on the planet and that I can get the daily value through the coconut, almond, and soy substitutes! It's tragic what they do to cows... I only buy farm and ethically raised meat now.
I'm glad to hear that you don't contribute to the suffering in the dairy industry anymore. However, "ethically raised" meat is just a myth. There is no nice way to kill someone who doesn't want to die. The truth is, humans don't need animal meat to survive (and it is not good for us anyway). It sounds like you are on the right track though! Do your research on the topic and choose compassion. :)
What I really love about 0:46 - 1:23 is the fact that this encouragement was brought peacefully/respectfully. I used to peek on several Dutch "fitgirl" / health / "green lifestyle" blogs and most of them were "jamming our lifestyle through your throat"-ish. There is no "you can try", it was more of a "you MUST do". And the most irritating part is when you don't agree with them, they will do whatever it takes to wipe out your opinion, or else they can't win the argument. Everyone must agree with what they write on their fitblogs, that kinda bulldoodle. I do believe that food can affect your body/mind, though I had never problems with gluten or dairy. I am afraid that - when I would stop with gluten - that I create a gluten intolerance or gluten allergy myself. Every body and everybody is different, we should respect that. I think 63-64 kg is ideal for your height. Even higher depending on your muscle mass and you'd still look and be fit. All those other numbers are way too low. Be safe :)

Cassie, At the end of February, I had an open night and decided to try a new workout. I literally typed in "workout videos" on TH-cam and found yours! I immediately loved it and went to the Blogilates website. I started the 28 day reset two days later, on March 1! I kept up with it (mostly-a few minor slips here and there) and realized how much I actually LOVE the flavors of fresh foods. (I was definitely a pop a $1 frozen pizza in the oven kind of girl.) Since then, I have been following your workout calendars and have been learning more and more about the food that goes in my body, how things are produced, etc. I'm trying to live a vegetarian lifestyle now, incorporating a lot of whole foods and always reading my food labels to check for things I don't recognize. Shout out to you for starting me on a more sustainable, strengthening, and wholesome lifestyle! Your workouts sometimes kill me, but I'm always encouraged by your real, funny, and uplifting view on health and fitness. Thanks!

The way I dealt with this was by getting my parents to do it with me! I told my parents all the amazing health benefits and the goodness it will do for them and all of a sudden they were on board! :) Good luck

I am loving the reset challenge! I have so much energy and my skin looks amazing. I've learned that I am dairy intolerant and weirdly enough allergic to kiwi which I've eaten before but have never had a reaction. I'm so happy to have done it and so far have lost 15lbs while feeling satisfied and not starving.
Also, my mom has joined me in eating clean and she's lost weight too. She's had a lot of health problems and I'm glad she's taking control through healthy eating.

sugar snap peas is something my kids love you can eat the whole thing and yogurt mixed with honey and fresh fruit blended and frozen for Popsicles is a healthy treat too.
I LOVE making my own trail mix! I put it in a little container in the morning and snack on it throughout the day whenever I'm feeling hungry. I love a good balance of nuts (walnuts, soy nuts, cashews, almonds, pistachios) and dried fruit (craisins, pineapple, papaya, mango), and I'll throw a handful of m&ms in there for some extra sweetness too. SO good!

i wish i lived in the US. So i could buy them with less shipping rates but i live in asia T_T also ive never eaten blueberries in my life since they dont sell them here and i can only buy them online but theyre super expensive (10$ for 7 ounces)

It is blurred but we "can see" where it's distributed and sold and below, I think it's about how you're supposed to store the product. Pretty sure it has to do with brands (like the address) and issues with TH-cam (?!), or just the brand itself. Maybe Cassey wasn't referring to a specific brand for us to buy. Nothing to worry about, therefore :)

I'm on the last couple of days!!! This was so incredible! Clearer skin, less bloated, and more energy! Also...I was really surprised to find stubborn cellulite going away!!! Or less visible? Idk I didn't even think it could go away

Sunny D I really encourage you to research nutrition. I can't give a comprehensive explanation here(and it would be exhausting). 'Health' has become this distorted concept in our society that's represented as all-or-nothing. In reality, the same things can be good or bad for you in different quantities or combinations. But don't take my word for it; go study some nutrition, physiology, biology, thermodynamics, etc. Knowledge is awesome and this stuff is actually applicable in daily life.
Ella Ally kind of like something thought to be based on science because of proliferated information saying that it is, but really has little to no scientific research to back it up. But I don't quite see where this claims a specific scientific backing.Maybe I skipped a video? In others she does specify it's not a diet per say but å way to discover if you have any unknown food sensitivities. But if you have access to a nutritionist, by all means, speak to them first, and they can even take samples or perform tests that would be quicker than 28 days to discover food sensitivites or allergies
ahhhhhhh I LOVE THE RESET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have so so much more energy and as i'm doing really important school exams in the summer it has made me realise more than ever to take care of my body and to feed it with nutrients and vitamins!!!!!! Along with drinking 2l of water a day, and my pop pilates workout schedule this is so amazing and I'm having a great 2017 because of it :)

I am loving the reset challenge! I have so much energy and my skin looks amazing. I've learned that I am dairy intolerant and weirdly enough allergic to kiwi which I've eaten before but have never had a reaction. I'm so happy to have done it and so far have lost 15lbs while feeling satisfied and not starving.

sugar snap peas is something my kids love you can eat the whole thing and yogurt mixed with honey and fresh fruit blended and frozen for Popsicles is a healthy treat too.

I LOVE making my own trail mix! I put it in a little container in the morning and snack on it throughout the day whenever I'm feeling hungry. I love a good balance of nuts (walnuts, soy nuts, cashews, almonds, pistachios) and dried fruit (craisins, pineapple, papaya, mango), and I'll throw a handful of m&ms in there for some extra sweetness too. SO good!

I love all of these! I'm already vegan, but I have severe acne. So I recently cut out gluten and sugar. I am going to look into this challenge further! Because I want to cut out processed foods even further. Thanks so much!

just curious what was the thing you blurred out on the freeze dried fruits. I want to find them. But im confused on the blurred part
it was probably the brand name, since this video was sponsored by larabar, she can't be promoting another brand at the same time. Notice how the back of the dried fruits are are facing us instead of her? I'm sure any freeze dried fruit will work as long as it is the only ingredient :)
It is blurred but we "can see" where it's distributed and sold and below, I think it's about how you're supposed to store the product. Pretty sure it has to do with brands (like the address) and issues with TH-cam (?!), or just the brand itself. Maybe Cassey wasn't referring to a specific brand for us to buy. Nothing to worry about, therefore :)

Yay! Thanks for sharing these wonderful delicious snacks. My husband and I completed the 28 day reset, but we felt so good from it we want to try our best to continue! Right now we are adding back the dairy to see. I noticed I get more gas/stomach cramps with cheese but not so bad with yogurt. Thanks again, I plan to put my before/after pic on instagram soon!

I'm on the last couple of days!!! This was so incredible! Clearer skin, less bloated, and more energy! Also...I was really surprised to find stubborn cellulite going away!!! Or less visible? Idk I didn't even think it could go away

So.....this plan contains a lot of pseudoscience. I'm sure she has great intentions but I'd encourage anyone who sees this to go do their own research.
I don't think so... People have been getting great results from it. I think removing dairy and processed sugars are great for your overal health.

I really encourage you to research nutrition. I can't give a comprehensive explanation here(and it would be exhausting). 'Health' has become this distorted concept in our society that's represented as all-or-nothing. In reality, the same things can be good or bad for you in different quantities or combinations. But don't take my word for it; go study some nutrition, physiology, biology, thermodynamics, etc. Knowledge is awesome and this stuff is actually applicable in daily life.
I have studied nutrition before, and yes, I generally don't take advice from random ppl on the internet

Ella Ally kind of like something thought to be based on science because of proliferated information saying that it is, but really has little to no scientific research to back it up. But I don't quite see where this claims a specific scientific backing.Maybe I skipped a video?
In others she does specify it's not a diet per say but å way to discover if you have any unknown food sensitivities. But if you have access to a nutritionist, by all means, speak to them first, and they can even take samples or perform tests that would be quicker than 28 days to discover food sensitivites or allergies

At the 3rd week I could definitely see my muscle definition kick in, at the end of the first week I could see the shape of my waist change. :)

ahhhhhhh I LOVE THE RESET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have so so much more energy and as i'm doing really important school exams in the summer it has made me realise more than ever to take care of my body and to feed it with nutrients and vitamins!!!!!! Along with drinking 2l of water a day, and my pop pilates workout schedule this is so amazing and I'm having a great 2017 because of it :)
