I understand your reluctance to get on the bus and continue following him, but by not doing so, you haven’t proved anything. He could claim to be living in a tent in Sefton Park and although that’s very doubtful, especially with three dogs, it’s not impossible. But he could be meeting his mates in the pub to share their grift money. Like you, I’m as mad as hell about such scammers, as they’re taking advantage of peoples good nature and also preventing genuine homeless people from getting assistance. So he and his buddies should be exposed. Sadly, most people will now assume that all homeless people are scammers, and refuse to help them. We should not allow such scammers to harden our hearts.

They get off outside the school at the top of Smithdown. I've seen them with my own eyes. I think they live on Wendell Street. I don't think they've been here all that long tbh, maybe a year or so. EVERY DAY (usually around 8:30am - I'll be seeing them in 1h30 eurrgh) without fail there are 1-3 people (always the same people) hovering around and asking anyone who enters Maccies for a bit of spare change. Eurrgh and I can't even eat lunch on a public bench at times without one of these people approaching me! I used to be very kind with homeless people on the streets, and I'll be looking at donating to a charity now that I'm working more in the city centre, but ffs these guys are a complete joke how they collar me outside places (they also hover around cash machines as if I'm going to give them a crisp £10 note haha). And people wonder why the government are keen on things like the Vagrancy Act - I swear that legislation is in response to these people.

100% hes not homeless and a lad who sits outside Tesco told me that if they were proper homeless people then they wouldn't sit around with there sleeping bedding wrapped around them or sitting on it as this lad said his bedding is stashed away in a plastic bag hide away ready for the night time as he doesn't want it getting wet or dirty , he says anyone that's really homeless will beg just sitting down with either an old blanket around them or nothing wrapped around them? This guy and the other two in the photograph at the end have been identified as not being homeless by numerous reliable sources. I do my due diligence going in to these videos.

The gentleman in question has been confirmed as not being homeless and someone has even provided an address, which I won’t be following up. @@Kevcupo I will take a look but seen them in a bmw and white van few times get dropped off by Berry St. Sometimes they use 86 bus . They are Romanian gypsies ( not Romanians real Romanians have jobs ) they only have romanian passport . There is a guy by aldi in Smithdown begging every day he lives by Lawrence rd in a house.
Use to be by asda but scouse homeless kick him out ( asda better money).
They are scam artists and work as a gang .Billy Moore already expose them they have same card boards with hungry signs etc.I only buy food to Scouse homeless people even though I am foreign too. I can see the difference but many turists who visit city can.t see. They should be reported to the UK border agency using the online report form as they don`t have a resident status after UK left EU. So that means they can`t rent house by law .Speak to any estate agent and ask would they rent house to illegal immigrant they will say no.So that means someone with papers rent them house / room in exchange for cash exploating them.
Immigration and police should work closely and kick them out of UK.

Others as in who ...?.because to me and i can bet alot of other people watching you could come across as being kind of ignorant even racist not sayin you are but you need to be mindful of what you say when you use words like all the others and talk about an area that is known to house people from an ethnic minority
To what race would it come across as racist to? I’ve called out numerous fake homeless people in previous videos of different/all ethnicities. To which ethnicity would it be racist to accuse someone of being dishonest?
The gentleman in question has been confirmed as not being homeless and someone has even provided an address, which I won’t be following up.
Of course he could be homeless and still get on a bus, but on this occasion it isn’t the case
