Adding a CO2 powered cutout and muffled exhaust to the turbo Fairmont...will it be quiet enough!?

The second installment of the turbo Fairmont content brings a new exhaust build utilizing a Loud Valves 4" cutout with a catted, resonated and muffled 2.5" system. The cutout is tied into the CO2 system with dual mac valves run off the Holley Terminator's CAN I/O module and a basic toggle switch.

Do you have to run a convertor?

Unfortunately for VT state inspection laws we are required to run them if the car came factory equipped with one.
