- These tourists got so close to a friendly gray whale off the coast of Mexico, they were even able to give it a playful kiss.
'It really made you feel a connection to nature,' said Alexander Banky, who shared the footage. 'I hope this video makes people realize how important it is to protect and appreciate the natural beauty of our planet.' 🐳

Whales are friendly creatures. Unless they feel threatened, they have no intention of harming humans. They see us as playful gentle creatures, which is why they get curious and swim by boats from time to time to check us out 🐳

@@jesuslopez9223 I'm no whale whisperer if that's the "gotcha!" moment you were attempting 🙄🥴🤦♀️ but as far as grey whales go--I have researched the basics plus a little more about how when they give birth in Baja, Mexico, the mothers are super curious and sweet to to humans and they allow they calves to come right up to the boats and mom allows them both to get scratched and rubbed. That is unlike most other oceanic whales.

I think that the whales are able to sense or feel what we emit through our emotions. Almost a psychic connection of goodwill and love. And they being mammal respond. Whales that are hunted don't react this way. They remember being hunted and they respond accordingly. They are sentient beings. With feelings.

Literally was thinking the same thing. If I was there I would have loved to scratch off a few of those pcs. I’m not sure if it hurts them a little bit to remove but I would have loved to get in there and get those off.

There’s a classic Star Trek movie about them needing to go back in time to get some whales because future earth is falling apart because mankind got rid of all of them and they need the whales to help the planet. Really amazing movie and so true. We need to protect our creatures ❤
