Mujhe toh lagta hai ye sab paid review waale hai kyuki main 4 saal se meri punch chala raha hu mujhe koi dikkat nai aayi. Aur ye dealership waalo mein attitude rehta hai sirf iska kuch nai kar sakte. Aap ke dealer ne support nai diya iska kya kar sakte hai
Maine bhi ye dealer se gaadi liya tha ab gaadi sahi chal rahi hai lekin inke paas jaata hu toh theek karne mein maut aati hai inko.. Bakwas dealer hai but 10/10 duga car ko
Aap ka problem ye hai ki aapke area mein sirf 1 hi dealer hai jo service dhang ki nai de raha hai. Aap koi dusre dealer se lete toh aapko kuch problem nai aata
Yash motors ka pehle bhi suna hai ki sales/service ke maamle mai kaafi bura experience raha hai. Best to avoid and purchase from other dealerships

Mera gaadi toh bhai ekdum solid chalra bro koi problem nai aaya abhi tak. Performance kadak hai aur build quality bhi sahi lagi mujhe
Me tata ka fan hun per unki karon ka nahi kyonki company sirf gadi nikal deti h bana kar baki pareshan grahak honge ya showroom wale matlab bana ke chood do , jabki ek c compani ke liye grahak showroom dealership ke sath apni garidyon or grahakon se feedback lena chahiye....

Tata walo ne truck bechne walo ko car ke service center de diye,,, baki agar tata upar se quality control karegi to sab shi go jayega, har customer ko call ya mail pe review lena chahiye

I own TATA Punch EV SLR. I am very happy with the vehicle and dealer behaviour. Bhai chare see sab kaam ho jaate hain, they even send their engineer to my home even for checking very minor issues. Over time those issues have been resolved. I am sort of their 'brand ambassador'. Since EV concept is new for many buyers, the dealer asks their potential buyers to talk to me, I explain them all pros and cons of the vehicle. The dealer also reciprocates this relation.
I booked the Tata tigor cng amt last week but when I checked with random owners at their service centers and even my friends who own a tata car I was extremely discouraged to buy any tata car. I know they're making safer cars than any other manufacturer but what's the point of safety when you're harassed by the dealerships in such a way.. Driving in frustration is equally dangerous than driving a zero star car.. I own a grand vitara and be it sales or the service centre experience, i always get a call from maruti to ask me if i have any complaints and they have a strict regime.. I've received call from maruti even when i mentioned my car wasn't washed properly..
Tata dealership is not good, my service experience with dealership is very bad...
I really wanted to buy Punch EV. But very bad delivery experience, niggles and poor service experience of Tata Safari kept me away from buying Tata again.
I've seen some videos recently.. That evs are dropping the range.
Moral of the story - always buy cars that have multiple showrooms in your city.
Service makes it very difficult to own a Tata car😢😢😢and the company is least bothered
