well ac issue is easily cured.. go to service center and ask them to fix ac.. for 1.5 it's easy.. and they will pour extra gas.. my ac works even at 24c and makes car cool.. well for extreme summer it was like 20.. i didn't face service issues till now.. i own skoda slavia 1.5 DSG too.. you can say size issue.. but my friend is really happy with nexon.. it's like 22cms more then nexon.. and have enough space.. well it's people's opinion that you are saying.. also get Engine isolation for Rs 1000 at service center and you won't feel any noise even in sports mode..

It's kind of funny... i own skoda slavia 1.5 dsg.. and i never had issues with service or mileage.. many people rode my car and said it's a really good car to drive.. but when they bought a car they went for hyundai or mahindra.. reason.. there family didn't liked the car.. on features list the vw cars a generation behind hyundai and size wise smaller then mahindra.. most buyers are going for features or size and driver's car are not liked by family who don't drive but sit in car and see for comfort and features.. as for safety goes .. most people say cars are more safe then bike or scooter and they don't drive at high speed and due to believing in god in good faith they claim they never can go into accident situation so why go for such cars..
I'm a Skoda customer and I have been using Skoda Fabia Diesel since 2011. I want to buy a new car and I need ADAS features (which do not exist in Skoda and VW today) with good build quality and safety. All we know is products are made for the customers as per their wants and customers are not for the products, they need to make products that people want. I was interested in the Skoda Karoq 4X4, but it just vanished after few months of launch in India. All good models are being sold in Europe and the UK, which can make a good business in India, then why not launch in India?. Instead of manufacturing them in Europe they can manufacture in India and export them abroad it will be more cost effective for their business and also for India. For the EU and the UK, based on their currency, those cars are a bit affordable, but that is not the case in India.

Irrespective of 1L engin, car size, as a first buyer I heard about manufacturing issues such as AC flow, rattling noise, service, EPC error, clutch issue, no enough service from them. How still go with Skoda or VM? And, in this busy lifestyle you can not waste your time with SC; especially if you are buying cars at over price.
That’s right. Even I am reconsidering going for Virtus. If the retraction is not happening today then maybe 5-6 years down the line they’d retract. Its better to go with Indian brands. Yes drive experience wont be as good as VAS but reliability is the key.

Even the 2nd base model of Honda City has alloy wheels. Slavia ambition is the cheapest sedan that offers 1.5 turbo under 18L but that's again leaves you with features of their 12L car.

can't blame indian public. You have to adapt according to market requirements, you can't just throw products according to your taste at public and expect them to buy. customer is the king.
Why people need to understand? It's VW...they need to understand people's requirement for them to be in market. Market is driven by consumer preference not by some company's rigid ethos. Indian public is smart enough to know where their money is going and what they are getting. Blackberry, Nokia, Ford, GM are perfect examples.

they have 2 cylinder deactivation in 4 cylinder engines in India.. well these cars give mileage of around 20 when driven like 90-95 on highway.. the other brands don't have such technology and even NA engine cars give such mileage at much lower 75-80 speeds.. well at that speed my skoda slavia 1.5 dsg gives like 22 on ac.. so if you know this you don't need a cng or hybrid car or diesel car for highway runs the 1.5 has twice power and torque with great mileage for that purpose.. i tell this to people and they don't know about it.. my friend was happy with his creta NA giving mileage of 15-16 on highway.. he sat in my car and saw the mileage at much higher speeds with power and torque for quick overtakes.. and said if he knew about this he would have bought kausaq instead of creta.. also these cars are more stable at high speeds..

@@priyanshuagnihotri278 well in india 2.0 .. 4 cars are there virtus,slavia,kausaq and taigun.. so maintenance ,service cost and parts are cheap for these cars.. but not for polo or vento or rapid.. so the people with older cars still have to pay more for everything so i think that spoils the game.. they are targeting the creta/verna market where sales are like 50k every month.. creta is selling like 15k units per month and want share in that market.. there subcompact suv will come in first half of next year..

Vw/Skoda has reliability issue, maintenance cost issue, interior quality issue, mileage issue, price issue, size issue, features issue, parts issue, no update issue, looks issue, choice line up issue, after sales network issue, arrogance issue, ignorant issue, and more Hence no sale. Don't say public don't know about driving pleasure, driving pleasure comes in peace of mind and satisfaction experience. Never blame customers that only few has knowledge about driving pleasure. Public knows yaar. Only those fools buy such brands who don't offer like Maruti, Hyundai and kia. And both these two also admitted now they are fools 😄😄
There are three points that I shall like to mention. One, a potential customer and owners feel terrorised of modifying their new cars because of warranty issues. Two, if one needs to purchase a service value pack to service his/her car, then it is a unique, unusual and ridiculous idea. Other car manufacturer just failed to come up with such a ridiculous idea. But why?😊 Three, OEM spare parts aren't available in automotive spare parts shop. Even, these companies do not have an authorised distributer (e.g. Mobis for Hyundai) from whom a car enthausiast can procure the spare parts. This is also the reason that roadside mechanics just refuse to touch the cars made by VW group. So, Boodmo is the only option left for ordering spare parts if the intended spare part is at all available. Rest, whatever points you mentioned in the video, I agree to it. By the way, despite exceptionally poor build quality and significantly high use of plastic parts in engine, Maruti Suzuki is still selling like hot cakes. Just my observation.
After market availability of spare parts and accessories…limited service centers….No diesel and NA petrol engines are major concens. If we talk about features….after 2023 all the useful features are added…and look wise all(VW and skoda) scores better because like mobile phone every year hyundai/kia/others gets facelift but VW, specially skoda with its signature grill looks are evergreen. No comments on build quality and driving dynamics because everyone knows but still no one bothers..

Doosra ek car jo compact suv di aap ne uska price jayada rakha aur car ka size kam. Indian buyer ko samjhne mein phir chuk gaye. Usko jab 8 lakh mein brezza , venue, sonet,Nexon mil rhi hai toh woh aap ki gaadi kyon le.ek aisi company pe bharosa kare jo apni higher service cost , costly spare parts ke liye pehle hi badnaam hai . Feature mein bhi compromise kare. yeh Indian buyer hai isko thode mein jayada chhaiye . Aap jayada mein thoda paros rhe ho. Phir next car aap ki 10.50lac se start hoti aur usse next 13lac se. Portfolio mein 2 engine aur 2 unpopuler car r rakh ke aap India mein na pehle survive kar paaye na aage kar paayoge.
Yar India me drive dynamics zyada matter hi nhi karte hain, straight line stability hi matter karti hai, na yahn ka traffic tez chalane layak hai, except for expressways. Straight line stability chahiye hoti hai 100-120 chal jae qaide se wo driving wala part ok ho jata hai,, aur straight line stability aaj kal 12plus sabhi gadi accha de deti hain. Sara competition baki cheezon par hai. Hype bana rakha hai driving dynamics ka. Maine chalai hai it’s definitely better than others. But straight line acceleration aur overtaking ability hi matter karti hai end of the day Indian market me. Raod aur traffic hai hi nhi yahn ka..

Spare parts to abhi pure nhi hote. order pe ata hai 1week ki waiting ke baad. Dubara koi guarantee nhi agar warantee main dubara khrab ho jae to approval lene main 4 ghante lagate hai. Approval tab bhi nhi aata koi na koi customer mistake nikalne ya uspe dalne ki koshish hoti hai agar customer ko knowledge na ho to. baad me to kya karloge.
I live in Maharashtra tier 3 city, skoda showroom is nearby home, i usually don't see anyone in skoda showroom, after huge discount i noticed some customer in showroom.
Safari is such a good car ..such good sales experience..on the other hand skoda people not even have kodiaq,.no.one is responding at showroom kept me waiting etc etc

How still go with Skoda or VM? And, in this busy lifestyle you can not waste your time with SC; especially if you are buying cars at over price.

Even the 2nd base model of Honda City has alloy wheels. Slavia ambition is the cheapest sedan that offers 1.5 turbo under 18L but that's again leaves you with features of their 12L car.

they have 2 cylinder deactivation in 4 cylinder engines in India.. well these cars give mileage of around 20 when driven like 90-95 on highway.. the other brands don't have such technology and even NA engine cars give such mileage at much lower 75-80 speeds.. well at that speed my skoda slavia 1.5 dsg gives like 22 on ac.. so if you know this you don't need a cng or hybrid car or diesel car for highway runs the 1.5 has twice power and torque with great mileage for that purpose.. i tell this to people and they don't know about it.. my friend was happy with his creta NA giving mileage of 15-16 on highway.. he sat in my car and saw the mileage at much higher speeds with power and torque for quick overtakes.. and said if he knew about this he would have bought kausaq instead of creta.. also these cars are more stable at high speeds..

@@priyanshuagnihotri278 well in india 2.0 .. 4 cars are there virtus,slavia,kausaq and taigun.. so maintenance ,service cost and parts are cheap for these cars.. but not for polo or vento or rapid.. so the people with older cars still have to pay more for everything so i think that spoils the game.. they are targeting the creta/verna market where sales are like 50k every month.. creta is selling like 15k units per month and want share in that market.. there subcompact suv will come in first half of next year..

There are three points that I shall like to mention. One, a potential customer and owners feel terrorised of modifying their new cars because of warranty issues. Two, if one needs to purchase a service value pack to service his/her car, then it is a unique, unusual and ridiculous idea. Other car manufacturer just failed to come up with such a ridiculous idea. But why?😊 Three, OEM spare parts aren't available in automotive spare parts shop. Even, these companies do not have an authorised distributer (e.g. Mobis for Hyundai) from whom a car enthausiast can procure the spare parts. This is also the reason that roadside mechanics just refuse to touch the cars made by VW group. So, Boodmo is the only option left for ordering spare parts if the intended spare part is at all available. Rest, whatever points you mentioned in the video, I agree to it. By the way, despite exceptionally poor build quality and significantly high use of plastic parts in engine, Maruti Suzuki is still selling like hot cakes. Just my observation.
After market availability of spare parts and accessories…limited service centers….No diesel and NA petrol engines are major concens.
If we talk about features….after 2023 all the useful features are added…and look wise all(VW and skoda) scores better because like mobile phone every year hyundai/kia/others gets facelift but VW, specially skoda with its signature grill looks are evergreen.
No comments on build quality and driving dynamics because everyone knows but still no one bothers..

Usko jab 8 lakh mein brezza , venue, sonet,Nexon mil rhi hai toh woh aap ki gaadi kyon le.ek aisi company pe bharosa kare jo apni higher service cost , costly spare parts ke liye pehle hi badnaam hai . Feature mein bhi compromise kare. yeh Indian buyer hai isko thode mein jayada chhaiye . Aap jayada mein thoda paros rhe ho. Ek 13 lakh se neeche ki gaadi nahi aap ke pass it means ke jiska budget 13 lac ya usse jayada hai sirf woh hi aap ko visit Karega uske neeche ka customer toh aayega hi nahi aap ke pass it means ke 60-70 percent footfall pehle hi khatam kar diya aap ne. Main reason ek aur hai time se pehle diesel band karna . Hyundai , tata , Mahindra abhi tak diesel cars offer kar rhe hai aur log kharid rhe hain. Aap ki sale pehle hi kam aur usmein bhi aapne ek dukan band kar di. Aap ke pass ek aisi gaadi honi chhaiye thi jo ex show room 7.50lac se suru hoke 9.50lac tak jaati . Phir next car aap ki 10.50lac se start hoti aur usse next 13lac se. Portfolio mein 2 engine aur 2 unpopuler car r rakh ke aap India mein na pehle survive kar paaye na aage kar paayoge.

Yar India me drive dynamics zyada matter hi nhi karte hain, straight line stability hi matter karti hai, na yahn ka traffic tez chalane layak hai, except for expressways. Straight line stability chahiye hoti hai 100-120 chal jae qaide se wo driving wala part ok ho jata hai,, aur straight line stability aaj kal 12plus sabhi gadi accha de deti hain. Sara competition baki cheezon par hai. Hype bana rakha hai driving dynamics ka. Maine chalai hai it’s definitely better than others.
