maybe you add a little holder at the bottom of the bench. many chiropractics woirk alone so that would help a lot. I saw many Vidoes on y-straps, own one of myself. This is a cool idea with the double y-strap so awesome !
Thank you for your comments, recommendation and for watching. I've been thinking the same thing about putting a bracket or hooks to hold the second Y-strap. I'll keep working on it, thanks!
@@DrPaulMonitto good ;) maybe it should be at 20 inches hight, to klick in, comparable to a human being holding it, so that it is has got a certain height. Really Smart idea..im gon a usit enshaalah..but i usually be carefull when using ring dinger for old and skiny people ..specially when i fix the legs..❤
I think thats the best lock to isolate the spinal cord. Do you think the stomach muscles are tensevholding legs up vs resting the legs on a raised platform with a opening for the lower strap?
The stomach muscles may be tense, but the reason the legs are straight out vs. raised on a platform is that it puts more tension on the lumbar curve (lordosis) and provides better decompression to the discs. Thank you for your comments, questions and for watching!
I used a spinal decompression table and over a couple months I was always able to touch the floor when stretching. I always wonder if the y strap adjustment provides any long term change or if it just re seats the disks and hydrates them?
Well, the Y strap does provide long-term change, and it reseats the disk and hydrates them, as well as many other Y axis type adjustments, such as motorized spinal decompression, the Ring Dinger and even inversion tables. All of these are based on a Y axis decompression and all are effective in mobilizing the vertebral segments and slowing disc degeneration. I would certainly try any of these before having surgery.
@@intothevoid1926 I tried both teh "towel" version and the y-strap version, when I find victims amoungst my aquaintances. I tought I would like the Towel version would be nicer for me. I was very surprised to see, that I actually prefer the Y-Strap much more. Give better feelings in your hands, at least thats how it is for me. But towel or y-Strap,, they are both AWESOME.
I see other chiro doing y strap with no one holding feet or hips strapped in to get the full decompression and they patients slide on the table. This is a great idea to relieve serious back pain.
Yes, thank you for your comments and for subscribing. The double Y-strap does offer a deeper decompression of the entire spine. Patients love it and respond well.

Haven’t seen the double y strap before. Nice. Wish you were close to me. You seem gentle enough where I wouldn’t have a migraine for a day after a neck adjustment like I got from my last chiro. Haven’t gone back since. Also, careful with the Ring Dinger titles. Dr. Johnson likes to Sue people over his trademarked ring dinger.
If you don't drink plenty of water before and after a chiropractic adjustment you get get a migraine or even flu like symptoms. That is your body detoxing. Try that next time you get adjusted. I'm not criticizing the Ring Dinger, it works quite well, however not all chiropractors can afford the price tag on the tables. I think it's great that guys like Dr. Johnson and Dr. Cipriano are bringing chiropractic to millions of people through You Tube and social media.

Great video Dr Monitto.
Every chiropractor should be trained to use the “Y-strap”, it delivers results in a fraction of time.
