Because shes being slick. She wasn't evicted because she applied for the rental assistance program and had her arrearages paid in full by the government. She became so far behind because it was during covid when many people stopped paying rent, and the govern had the "Stay in place" order in effect. No landlord could evict anyone. After the fact, the government afforded those in owed back rent the assistance program. Trust and believe shes still in that home because she was accepted into the program. Shes running game on the gentleman to extort him for extra money to pocket, using the rent situation to manipulate and guilt trip him. He's oblivious to the fact. Its really sad, but Karma will find her. Talking about a damm sponsor, she should want to be desired as a wife. Shes getting older in age, soon shes going to become the sponsor. If you can afford to go to Aruba you can pay your rent. If they can sponsor a trip, you should have them pay your rent to secure your residence. Also, you should be single if you accept cash from other men.

It was during Covid. The government had the stay in place.No one could be evicted no matter if they were paying or not. Most people couldn't pay, for those that could half still didn't and took advantage of the "Stay". She's being slick though, trying to get money out of that man. They government also afforded the rental programs for people in her situation, they will pay however much that's owed in back rental assistance, it's an extremely easy process to be accepted into the rental assistance program, actually the applications are usually approved the same day. She hasn't been evicted and her landlord hasn't taken court measures because she was accepted for rental assistance and had her back rent already paid. The guy is oblivious to her doing so, but shes manipulating him to get the money out of him so she can pocket it. Karma is real though, she'll definitely get hers. Its obvious she's using him.
COVID caused a lot of states to put restrictions on landlords evicting tenets. I'm betting she took advantage of that
