I am still deciding on an ideal color but I'm gravitating towards chestnut brown and rich auburn; I definitely plan on having lots of fun though. (Like you I also have golden/yellow undertone.)

So I’ve had my locs for about 10 months now, and this is my first journey. I’ve never dyed my hair before, so I don’t know how my hair will react. But I have pretty thick and corse hair. And I guess my question is should I dye my hair fresh after a retwist? Or just let my hair frizz and then dye it. Also is 10 months too soon to dye my hair? I was just hoping to dye my hair before I go back to college

Bleach
box dye
Don’t bleach your hair. You can use 40 developer and mix it with the colors that you want they just won’t be super extra bright.
My dreads are hard to dye
