    Amy, this is great! I worked with a trainer for 2 years, switched to Pilates for two years and decided it was time to integrate the TRX back into my routine. Fabulous re-introduction! You are friendly, natural and someone I would happily work out with in person!

      I think everything that you want to accomplish you can do it.only have your mind set and focus in your goals,and always when motivation is not there you should still have discipline.     57 years old and this great workout has virtually cured my very bad shoulder. It's really fun (until the abs) too. Easy to do 3x or more most weeks. Thanks for posting it.
    Ps. My straps are cheaper from Decathlon. Quality not the same but they do the job.

    I love it! I was a complete gym rat before I had my baby and now I'm stuck in the house with the little bundle of joy (no gyms with daycare near me), this is a perfect 30 min blast while he's sleeping. You're the best for doing this!

    I'm loving the switches between legs and arms -- you have no idea! Letting it rest makes it more possible to meet all the reps. Thank you!

      +Santita Ngo My thoughts exactly! I prefer to do that in most workouts so you don't totally exhaust one muscle group and you can keep going without rest,--you can rest different muscles while you work other muscles! Glad you liked it!

    This is the nicest TRX video that I feels good. Thank you for the soft and relaxing voice. You made it sound easy and yet chanllenge. Some videos are loud and pushing and feel like been punched. This one I almost feel like yoga when hear your voice. For sure I got really sweetie and not easy for me. Just want to say good job and good style of teaching.

    I like this workout. I think I’ve done it 50 times, heh! Partly because of the stretching you incorporated after the arm exercises. My arms aren’t so strong yet, so the stretching that comes after are really appreciated. I like that you give a total body workout. Your clear instructions are really helpful, too! I found that if I stick to the first knee exercise, my knee pain will disappear. So it’s pretty healing. I love that at the end, there’s those bridging exercises that really get the back of my knees going! Not many workouts can touch that area.❤

This is a GREAT total body work out that, when I do come back to it, find that I've gained strength and endurance--I can finally do a side plank with one arm and I can keep up with you all the way through (but I think I sweat more than you!)!! :) :) Thank You, Amy!!     Even though this workout has basic moves it's still a challenge because there is very little rest in between. I loved this one! Definitely one I would do over and over! 🤩

    Hi Amy, hope you will find this comment. I loved to do your workouts, especially the trx workouts. Unfortunately I have had a big spine surgery to help with my severe scoliosis. There was no other way - so now I have a spinal fusion from th5-l5 (one vertebra under the fusion is free, I have six instead of five lumbar vertebrae).
    Can you imagine to lead a workout that is possible with this condition? ...for everything that involves bending isn't possible anymore. It is kind of frustrating to do normal workouts and to have to stop over and over again. I would so love to have a workout that works for me. 😍

    Hi Amy. Found this workout and can't wait to try it when my straps get delivered. For a beginner, which is what I am, how many times per week would you recommend this workout? Also, do you plan on making anymore full body workouts like this geared towards the beginner? I love how you keep very little rest between your sets. Most other full workouts I have seen take long rests.

      +Mike Ley I would say try this a few times a week, or you can alternate this with some of my other TRX workouts--there are shorter ones for Abs, Arms, and Legs, or a few other full body (TRX HIIT and TRX Combo). I do have a few beginner workouts--search for Low Impact beginner and you should fined a 20 minute, 10 minute, 10 minute cardio and Abs! And I just filmed a beginner TRX that will be released in a few weeks! Thanks!

      Hi...gravity doesn't care about gender. I'm a man and these works out are great. Amy is very generous in creating these programs for all of us and her explanations of what you are doing, safety tips, etc are right on the money. You will have a blast.
