Oh my gosh! I absolutely loved this one! I enjoyed the variety of moves, especially the ones we haven't really done before or not much. I also enjoyed the format. It was nice to have some mat work in the middle of the workout as well as doing some arm work from the mat. Such an awesome workout! 😍

Loved this one. Workouts with too many lunges hurt my old knees so this one was great because it focused so much on the core. Exactly what I needed.

Loved this workout. Getting feet in straps for planks in and out seemed more of a hassle than in your other videos but great workout.
That's because she doesn't know how to insert her feet and is doing it wrong.

It was a tough challenge for a 69 year old!
Thighs? Who made the decision that thighs are part of the upper body?
Too much yapping 😅
It's to detract the viewer from her poor form
That's the saddest plank I've ever seen anyone do. Your butt isn't suppose to go up and down. Your back isn't supposed to be arched. This shows you have a very WEAK core and don't know how the exercises are properly executed.
