I.e biden, he is clearly not all there it's not really a conspiracy. I've seen my own grandfather lose his mind and biden definitely has some of the symptoms cognitive degeneration, he just did a speech in north Carolina where as soon as he finishes he turns to go for a handshake and nobody is near him and he just holds the pose, he then turns around extends his hand again and stared at the flag behind him. He has wandered off multiple times before being escorted back on track, and he isn't allowed to answer press off script, it's pretty obvious.
