Combined with the heavy resistance of bands, we use time under tension, sliding movements, and drop sets to completely TORCH every muscle in your body - from the large working ones to the small stabilizing ones. This workout consists of 2 low impact strength circuits and 2 quick burnouts to bring your muscles close to failure.
