  • Hello Fellow Crafters and Creatives!
Here is a quick time lapsed video showing the process of making 6 ATC's using papers and fussy cutting sheets from Shiny Silver Treasures. Dawn Ditchburn, of Shiny Silver Treasures has been working on these packs for a very long time and I am so proud of what she has produced.
The ATC's are on a base of super Smooth 300gsm card from Pink Frog. I then used one of the papers torn into smaller pieces for the background. I added complimentary colours with Seth Apter Dye Ink sprays, by Izink. Adding water at this point allowed free movement of the colour across the card and a less regimented blending.
I added a hint of texture with a Clever Prints Ltd stencil using Pebeo modelling paste. This was coloured with more of the same ink spray, but the colour was lighter due to the modelling paste being a white base.
Once dried I cut into ATC sizes and then chose 6 that I wanted to add finished to. I then used some of the fussy cut pieces, along with washi tape and other embellishments. As I progressed I use a black ink pad to finish off the cards and the sentiments, and remove any white edges.
