- There were a LOT of issues with the prosecution’s math skills throughout this trial, but the least told story is Lally’s “3 Card Monte” trick right at the end - blink and you’ll miss his sleight of hand (which the jury clearly did!)

Some jurors were absolutely prejudiced. They weren't open to ANYTHING the defense had to say from the jump, and those people are toxic to our judicial system!
Knowing they believed Trooper Paul over the Feds is shocking.

I called it in the 3rd week of the trial, I wrote about it and just like I said, Lally is not stupid and he dragged out the time, talking like a zombie and the jury stopped taking in new information from the defense team and Lally knew that the jurors didn't have any opportunity to see or listen to anything about the case in deliberation, Lally has been doing this for a long time, and probably been putting innocent people in prison many times....
And judge Bev is the sidekick who helped to be disturbing for the defense team....
Also, this is such a small community. It would be hard to believe that the Jurors were not familiar with the deceased, the defendant, or the cops or any of the witnesses. Everybody knew everybody and they should have gotten a change of venue. Just like the Kohberger case - the jury pool is too small so they are having it moved. That should have happened here.
I truly think it was just one who was chosen. wink wink, to lead the jury, that was able to convince a few confused jurors. Remember they said no right away to murder.So if they would have been completely biased they would have come back with hung on murder.
I do believe the prosecution’s main goal was just to confuse the jury…they may have succeeded. Thank you for all you do, Aussie!

The prosecution wanted to drain Karen’s funds as much as they could to limit her ability to fight, thinking she will then quit; however, they underestimate the world and how much we support her and how p!ssed off we are around the world at the injustices and ludicrousness.
The prosecution was clearly confident in getting away with their bs (how many times have they previously?), they were complacent and lazy, they treated Karen like anyone else previously and that the defense, and we, the world, will not notice, and conform to their gas lighting. Underestimate away coz we ain’t got no quit…
I heard about Karen Read in Western Australia from Melanie Little somehow randomly appearing in my recommended list. When it happened I read about it on fb, but when I saw Att ML I started sharing with numerous mates in NH coz it was just heartbreaking. Now I watch it every night on whoever I haven’t seen 😂
We now tune into Turtleboy binge style on the weekend coz my teen heard him say that Kont (😂) Lankah once and said “Lankah the Wankah” and thinks he is “on point”. It’s entertainment central lol accent impersonations are priceless.
Aussie keep up these untold stories to refresh everyone’s recollection, can’t be having important facts and stuff fade… they will allow it, but we won’t!

I think the verdict slip confused the Jury and Judge Bev blamed the Defense instead of doing her job as BLIND and JUST.
I think it was the coercive control technique of hypnosis via repetition... You're getting very sleepy...
I wish the defense team put that little discrepancy in their closing arguments just to make sure it was made glaringly obvious. The deception makes me so freakin mad!!
The fact that the jury thought this was all "fluff" is infuriating me!

@@ThatRedheddi truly think that they were planted there. This jury was handpicked and the ones that would've been in favor of Karen were let go. No doubt in my mind many weren't just stupid but we're in cohoots with the McAlberts!
Lally makes me so angry. He keeps stretching the truth imo. He needs a new job. Being a DA is a job that requires truthfulness and integrity.
There are few people on Earth who I loathe more than him.
Him with his closing saying, “ I hit him, I hit him I hit him” was never acknowledged as Jen said it.

All of a sudden, Jen’s grand jury testimony “she asked if she could have hit him”, to her trial testimony, “I hit him, I hit him, I hit him!” To Lally’s final deception, “I hit him, I hit him, I hit him, I hit him!”! They’re all a bunch of corrupt slimebuckets!
The fact that lally changed the time of the crime by over 20 minutes from opening statement to closing statement is enough reasonable doubt for acquittal on all charges.
@GlenLake We won't have to worry about that any more. I'd been saying there won't be a retrial but now, I'm not so sure since they've contacted with a special prosecutor for the Karen Read trial. If they really were going to back down & not retry her, I'd think they wouldn't have hired this guy. So, the good news is no more dial tone Lally but the bad news is, with a new special prosecutor, they're apparently REALLY going to retry Karen Read!
So insane this case Jen literally claims she saw Karen drive away at time she was back at John’s already
Some argue the jury couldn’t remember all these details which obviously their is some truth to that.but it should contribute to reasonable doubt

Trying to gaslight everyone
We all thought Lally's lies & incompetence were going to be obvious to the jury. I thought not-guiltys were a slam dunk. The fact that this was not true has shone a light on how doomed the entire justice system is, and how society is regressing rather than progressing. God help us on November 6th.
Lally had the judge on his side... the judge picked the floor man, the judge knew who the jury guard guy was from the lewd texts...
BeV and Lally knew the jury didn't have anything but notes from 4 weeks ago ... how would they catch they lies from open to close? Jackson should have taken more time
They overwhelmed the jury with so much irrelevant information their brains couldn’t process. At some point they probably stopped taking as thorough notes.
Judge Bev def plopped her floppy clam on the scales of justice. The pretrial hearing told us how it was gonna go.

Trooper Paul was the absolute least impressive witness in this awful trial. He is clearly not qualified to investigate any of what he was assigned.
2nd least impressive. He was more impressive than Proctor but that's all the credit we can give him.

We wonder when he was thrown through the course to be able to be their expert… then we wonder if he deliberately spoke how he did, mumbled contradictory bs, or if he is genuinely battling a speech impediment and it was worse under pressure of supreme lawyering and pant p!ssing.
Action Jackson definitely (unfortunately) showed his heart and eased up on him after a while of making him look like the fool he was. It would have been good to watch AJ continue to make him look like a joke, and annihilate him on every single detail of every single thing! Maybe he was fall boy number two?

Among all the other issues Trooper Paul has, he's GOT TO LEARN TO ENUNCIATE HIS WORDS!! I hear Sat-day at prox 12:45 a.m.... blah blah blah. He tried to talk at the speed of light but can't get his mouth to catch up. Ridiculous!! The jury couldn't keep up with all this...& Lally new that! Really, Bev wanted to say, "I know you've rehearsed this whole speech but I can't understand a word you're saying!"

Had Trooper Paul ever testified before this trial? All ‘expert’ witnesses know they can review/read their report to refresh their memory or recollection, but then the report is put aside. They are to testify according to a refreshed memory, not read the report into the record. 🤦♀️

I feel sorry for Trooper Paul in a way especially now that the young man has died in MSP training academy. Someone made a comment about that Friday. I think Trooper Paul was bullied into this report and the CW knew he didn’t know what he was doing. But if he screwed up the Toyota/Lexus computer. The key cycles are red herrings as Jackson (or Yanetti) pointed out. I don’t think they had times on them. I think the computer has the information. My mom has a 2022 Toyota and my stepdad a 2018 Toyota. I drive a 2007 Honda. So, when I drive one of their vehicles, I’m always amazed at what they can do. I think they purposely destroyed the computer so it wouldn’t disprove them.
I felt he was used and bullied into it as well. I felt for him cos he was clearly out of his depth.
I will admit to feeling some sympathy for Trooper Paul in that regard but at some point you have to stand up for what’s right when it concerns someone’s freedom.
It didn’t seem malicious from Trooper Paul it felt like he actually believed some of the stuff he claimed. Like he was seriously oblivious to the miss match he was stumbling into.

It also sounds like Trooper Paul is trying to use military time and failing badly. "1245 hours" would be 12:45 pm. He should have said "0045 hours" which would have been 12:45 am. He can't even get that right.
