- Another week of decluttering. Feels so good starting the year off with decluttering lots of areas and clearing so much space in my home ❤️
Today I’m doing the hall closet. This was the first official declutter I ever posted on my channel and I haven’t touched the closet since then. Then I’m moving to my dining room and Decluttering in there.

I love how you respect your daughter’s request to not be in the video. I see so many TH-cam families who don’t care and just put it all out there. I’ve been watching you for a while it wasn’t from the first video but I have binge watched them all lol. I need to do my own closet too maybe I’ll do it tomorrow as I won’t have time after work today.
We turned our dumping ground room into a home theater! When I think of the years we wasted by not being able to use this room, I get very annoyed! Not only that, it’s right off our entry, and no door!! It was an embarrassment. It’s been almost 6 years since the remodel and we use the theater room every day! Once I got it in my head that I wanted to declutter, it felt so good! Not only that, we are so proud of our room now! 🙂

My husband was the Kmart yo-yo champ back n 1968. We live in Texas and Kmart was a department store in our area. He can still yo-yo just as good today as back then. I could never yo-yo good.
I remember this closet. I was so excited about this video back then. I was ready to start and then I broke my foot. I still continued to watch while I was laid up in bed. Then, my husband was diagnosed with cancer and it was a year long process. He is doing well now. Last year I had breast cancer, had surgery and radiation. I'm doing well. You have helped me so much doing these processes. You have made me laughed so many times. Thank you so much!!! You are great!!

I finally feel I'm gaining momentum! Our bedroom, 2 bathrooms, the office and great room are mostly decluttered. Next is the guest room, then basement and bonus room. You're right, Jodi. Small bits of time over several months really do add up! Thanks for your inspiration!
Hi Jodi, I think I started watching you just after Gus passed away! You have done such an excellent job. The transformation was something! I loved it all & your fun & hilarious laughter. I really love it! I don't do a lot of cleaning these days. And I'm having surgery on the 29th, so I won't be able to do much of anything after that for a few weeks. I'm having 1 kidney removed it's not working much, so no used keeping it! You keep having your videos. I'm excited for you when you start on your yard again, & what you're going to do with it. Been here since the beginning and boy do I remember the Slime cleanup 😢 I helped my sister move house the week before Christmas (worst time ever) and now I’m back at her place helping her unpack and declutter even more. Slow and steady, we’ll get there.
Finally ! Someone who also takes the donate into the car and away to the donate spots ! For me its not finished until its off the property and out of the vehicle .

Wow! Two years? I remember this closet - you were the first TH-camr I saw and have watched ever since! De cluttering is ‘like painting the Forth Bridge’ as we say in the UK - as soon as you finish you have to start over again. Donna Jean is growing up so fast.

I remember that first closet declutter. It is what pushed me to get started on my house. Right now I'm working on my bedroom, more precisely my clothes. I have already donated 6 big garbage bags of clothes and I'm only about 1/4 of the way done. Just doing a little bit at a time so I don't get overwhelmed and give up. Thanks for pushing me to get started.

I’ve been with you from the first one. Your home has become a welcoming lace to be. A couple of things that have touch my heart 1(. Gus’ passing, of course and 2(. When your family excepted your invitation to come back and celebrate Thanksgiving at your home. You could tell how much that meant to you.
I believe my first video watching you was when you were decluttering your foyer. I truly enjoy your videos and they have spurred me on to finally declutter my whole house. yes, i remember the closet declutter. :) i finished a mr. & misses snowman DP. yesterday. now will go through closet for a frame to put it in. :) I dont go out much in winter if temps below 70. my immune system is compromised. i will work on a puzzle maybe later. have a blessed day.🙏🙏💗💗🤗🤗💮💮🎶🎶🐶

Everything looks so organized and clean. It’s always such a great feeling when we can get things accomplished. I don’t really have any decluttering except maybe some paperwork. (Of course still waiting to do the garage) but I am dusting. With my health it takes forever in a 3000 square foot home. Especially since I’m not a minimalist. ~ Janet 😘

Hi jodi.. It can actually crack.. I'm so glad you bring it in the house And others should do the same.. And when it gets hot, it will actually sweat out all the oil that's built up inside. These videos definitely give me motivation to take on small tasks of deep cleaning that gets ignored through everyday life. I hope you have a great week!! Great video- hope you are feeling better, with our weather so wonky I can see how a sinus infection can happen. I was feeling really good after my knee surgery until Friday. Home PT was here doing my exercises and then I had to walk…could not walk more than 100 ft and was extremely winded and could not get my air. Long story short…ended up in the hospital for 4 days with a blood clot in each lung and my blood work was so wonky it was reading I was having a heart attack! Talk about one scared girl…OMG I had more test and Drs and tubes than I care for! I was released yesterday and feeling great, tired but great I am just extremely thankful for everyone who helped me get to where I am today with my health. I do remember when you started with that closet, didn’t seem that long ago but I truly enjoy your channel. Until next week! 😍

Hi, Jodi! How did you guys do during that storm we had a few weeks back. I lost power for two days and after the first day, went to stay with friends. When I got back to the house when we got power back I had no furnace! The outage blew a fuse and I needed a new thermostat! That took another day. Finally back to normal. What a week! Had to throw out some food but other than that, was able to save some of my freezer stuff. With having that deep freeze, I put the food in a large zipper bag and left it outside. It kept it frozen. 🥶 Clark is so funny! Love Donna Jean! Go Lions!!! 💙💙💙🥶👍🥰
Oh no Sharon! What a pain. I’m glad you had somewhere to stay and are back to normal now. And the upside to our winters is our garage and outdoor areas become a free freezer 😂😂
