    I’ve been doing this front delt stretch where you basically are in the same position as doing dips on a bench and just holding it and I’ve noticed it’s increased my arm swing rom significantly I haven’t seen this anywhere from any jump coaches but it worked great for me

    1:23 When you say you like 4 inches in this stretch do you mean 4 inches between the wall and your knee or the wall and your toes?

      4 inches between wall and toes.

    • @carsforpeople3351

      @@cjhoward82 But that kind of just makes no sense since someone with small feet is obviously going to have a bigger gap between the wall and his toes than someone with big feet.

    I am currently sick, is it smart to just use that as a deload week and progress to the next phase when I am healthy again?

    • @DavidBergman1776
      @DavidBergman1776 ปีที่แล้ว

      Probably it’s good to rest for a few days. You probably won’t see a ton of progress while you’re sick despite it being a deload week however

    My son can grab the rim now and is starting to become obsessed with the idea of dunking. He's 13. Is that too young to start jump training seriously? I don't want him to impact his growth/height potential.

      Start with bodyweight only exercises, no plyos, just jumping for basketball. Tim Grover’s Jump Attack book phase 1 would be a good option.
