I hate using gelatine, just soooooo messy, but sometimes I've more bailey's in it than recommended, or I had less soft cheese....which by then, it's a bit runny.....that's the only reason sometimes I reach for that stuff

Cathrine did you try out my Cheese 🧀 🎂 cake???? I love ❤️ the way you make the cheese cake 🎂 I wouldn't put any drink 🍹 in the cheese cake as I don't drink.

Is it whipping cream or double cream? Maybe it doesn't matter?

Whip it. I made the mistake of not whipping it last year 😅

Can you just add strawberries, instead of baileys, to make it strawberry cheese cake? And/or vanilla?

Cathrine. I make the cheese cake different to yours. I break up the biscuits I roll the biscuits then I put the rolled biscuits into a small s/pan with butter to get it together. I grase the tin poor the biscuits and milt butter in the tin. I press down the biscuits in the tin. Than put in the frege to cool down. I leave for one hour before I do the next step. Next up is I put cold water in the kittle to boil. I put cheese in a bowl I cut the cheese just leave I put Two cups of boiling water into a 2nd bowl with the jelly wait till the jelly is milted and cold to. Pure the jelly on top of your cheese then get your wesk and slowly beat both cheese and jelly till it becomes fluffy in the boil. Poor the cheese and jelly into your cheese cake tin. By the way you are beating both the jelly and cheese together it changes colour. The put your cheese cake mixer into the fridge overnight do not open the door of your fridge. Why because it will flop it would set for you. I made lots of cheese cakes anyone that I made for the people told me the cheese cakes were fantastic over all. I got fantastic feedback. Good look making this Cheese cakes. I going to make some again before Christmas. 🎄🎄🎄Merry Christmas 🎄🎄🎄to everyone Happy Cooking 🍳🍳🍳
